Mga sir. Meron ba sa inyo may price list ng PMS ng Sorento? Every 5,000km up to 150,000km? Just want to have an idea of the maintenance cost. TIA

Ah talaga? Tagal naman nun. Yung navara ko CRDi din yun 1000km at 5000km may maintenance na tas every 5000km there after.

1000km which is free (checks, bolts retorquing, wheel alignment), 5000km and every 5000 thereafter ang nasa maintenace schedule sa manual. 1st 5k cost les than 6k, 10k cost 8k, 15cost quote was 12k but was able to bring it down to 4.7k only. Sinama kasi nila fuel filter, air filter and aircon filter kahit wala naman sa schedule, so when i told them to follow what was in the manual e ang laki ng binaba. So pm cost will also depend on you. Kung tatanggapin mo lang ano sasabihin nila wihout looking at the manual mapapamahal ka sa kanila ng husto.

Yes. I believe that's about right. Normally, every 20t km yung mahal na maintenance.

Mga sir...i been reading this thread for quite sometime now. I visited Kia Ortigas to check out the Sorento unit and I was impressed with its looks. I am driving a Navara so compared to it the interior looks good.

I asked for a quotation, and i only got 20K discount and 3 years LTO. Do you know other SA who can give me a better offer? TIA

kasama dun sa crate last week yung interior trim.....
(upper may butas for seatbelts)

saka lower trim na may cup holders and blanked AC vents, more importantly
mas manipis sya sa width para walang interference sa seats when folded down.



yung 3rd row seat & seatbelt na-antala pa sa supplier...

Wala po palang Roof Rail and Cargo (Tonneau) Cover yung variant na nabili ko......saan po ba advisable na bumili nun (other than casa) at magkano po. Mahal sa casa.

Sir bobby, disposing my roof rail ( adhesive ). Nakuha ko kay sir parakito din.. nag upgrade na ako to orig roofrail so hindi ko na kailangan yung isa.. cheap lang for slightly used.

Yong 500k sobra na siguro to make the LX variant look like DLX minus lang ang sunroof and AWD (mahirap ng iconvert). I want to follow your project kasi isa rin ang sorento sa mga tinitignan ko.

If its just a drop-in/OEM type K&N air filter, then it should be safe. But don't expect a significant or discernible increase in performance though (as what I experienced in previous car). Still, you will get to save in the long run as you won't have to buy a new filter every time you have a PMS.

I don't know if there is a K&N Short Ram type air filter system specifically for the Sorento.
