at 1.8M, it may compete well with the sta fe. for an additional 50k ++, you get a sunroof and 4x4 capability, plus the gorgeous 7 inch LED display. pero parang missing yung mga hill assist and descent brake assist.. usually nakalagay yun sa left side ng steering wheel.. meron lang yung dahsboard illunimation control and 4x4 button.

7" LED display na ba yon? Parang stock radio lang ah.

sa iba ko nabili yung reversing sensor...pero sa kanila lang ako pakabit...

ah! yan ba yung may left-right distance indicator na aattach sa dash/rear view mirror?

so sila na din ba nagpintura ng sensors? same naman color?

cos I was thinking of putting the sensors sa black park ng bumper para black on black, lalo na yung front sensors pero medyo mababa na position niya..

Ser oo meron nga sya Distance indicator , pero yung display pinalagay ko na lang sa driver Side A-Pillar.
dun na sa pinag-bilhan ko ng sensor 'ko pina-pinturahan....

ang color ser kayo na po mag judge kung same lang o hindi....

Ok lang gawa ng leder interia. Of course the orig factory steering wheel is better. Pero at least mas malambot sa kamay than the factory pvc material

Sir just finished reading all your comments about our Sorrento LX. I really appreciate your feedbacks.

I got mine (White) from Alabang early this month, kinabitan ko muna ng plate yung back ko ng old DOTC personalized kasi wala pa daw avail.

I'm now decided to have it upgraded
.
1st upgrade - wrapping of steering wheel within this week (Leder Interia as recommended here)
2nd upgrade - fog/corner light (13k quote as per Kia Alabang, same switch with park light and during that time akala ko fog light lang meron din palang cornering light so paano na ito pag bukas ng park light bukas din ang corner and fog light? weird if that happens, i need to clarify it pa) to be exec before end of Dec.
3rd upgrade - Head unit with camera including 2 head rest monitor.(meron na quote fr Kia alabang but i forgot the amt nasa ofc ung copy)
4th upgrade - Roof rail (needs recommendation whats best and how much)

One last comment is, parang matakaw sa Diesel (i used to drive Accent 2008 diesel-SUPER tipid, Sorrento is my upgrade)

di ko pa ma compute ang FC kasi bumper to bumper ang traffic dito sa manila araw araw pag pasko. averaging 6-7 kpl. di ko alam kung sa gulong o sa traffic o mixed na

ang comment ko lang sa local na leather wrap ay yung stitch ay hindi kasing pino ng orig.

yung cornering light ok lang na bukas kasabay ng fogs.. mahina lang na 27W yun.. di nga masyadong makita kung maliwanag yung kalye. both auxilliary lights and main headlamps give you an almost 180 degree illumination.

meron na bang HU ang sorento ? how much quote ?

yung roofrails ang medyo complicated ikabit kasi baka mag drill sila sa bubong.. of course, risk dun ang tulo.

akala ko din dati matipid. pero, if you want a powerful engine, it ain't cheap. ang alam kong matipid yung mazda cx-5, which i was also considering before i settled with the sorento

Magkano na ngayon ang 2013 Sorento LX AT CRDI? 5 seater? 7 seater?

Nasa newspaper kasi starts at 1.25M daw.

I'm thinking kasi instead of 2013 Monterosport GLX A/T (1.278M, CRDI, non-VGT, 7-seater), eh eto na lang Sorento. Kasi Kia Carens ang current car ko & satisfied ako sa performance ng Kia.

so at least di naman Loose yung pagka-stitch nya? yung sa H. Fit ko kasi na factory leather steering wheel
ang sarap talaga sa kamay i-drive... kaya tuloy feeling cheap yung ibang sasakyan na drive ko w/o it.... haha.

di lang maka get-thru tawag ko sa Leder Interia....pa appointment sana ako...pag matuloy TXT/tawagan kita ser.

ser on H.U.: may pinag-pipilian ako dto sa China na dalawang system....isa traditional type and isa Android based...pareho naman may GPS Navigation pero di ko nga lang alam pano lagyan ng Phil. maps....i'm more inclined to get the Android based kaso mas mahal presyo nya....a good 80% more....

on RoofRail...oo same concern din ako with ser sagingsaba..... pero if u don't have any intention of loading it and just purely for aesthetic reasons...puede mo sya install with just 3M Double Sided....believe me it will hold....

on high(er) Fuel Consumption, siempre ser may kasabihan nga na 'Everything's Relative'....so Relative to your Accent, its only normal the Sorento having 60% more Horsepower & torque; around half a ton more Mass to Lug around; and a SUV body not as aerodynamic as a Sedan should be result in more Fuel Consumption. but if u compare it with the other diesel SUV's namely (relative to) Fortuner / Montero, its combination of Power & F.Economy is probably Top-of-the-Class!

nagpunta ako dun sa ortigas CBD kasi susunduin ko misis ko may seminar, first time ko magpunta dun at sa QC lang naman ako lagi. e halos maligaw ako at pati fire hydrant saka puno ng aratiles may POI. serious pare, no joke.
