i have a crosswind XTi 2007(cassandra), i drove it once sa STAR from sto. tomas to lipa meron don medyo inclined then long stretch since i'm used to drag around 2003-2005 try ko mag flooring first time with my cassandra i reach around 155-157. pag patong nya don bigla ko nang binitiwan. hindi sya tumagal ng 3 secs sa ganong kabilis. sobrang ingay na nya parang humihingi pa ng isa. saka nag vvibrate na talaga ng sobra yung kambyo

Hi Sir, Bakit ung 2003 skyroof trooper namin (4JX1) hindi ko mapaabot sa ganitong speed. Good power sa arankada, not emitting black smoke, pero ung high end power pag umabot na sa 130 kph parang hirap na. RPM at this speed s arround 3k rpm, parang ayaw nya lumagpas dun, anu kaya problem nito?

Even at that state of your Trooper, at 3000rpm meron pa yan, marami pa ang mapipiga mo. Although for this engine medyo mataas nga ang 3000rpm for 130km/h. Baka hindi ka lang sanay sa sound ng Trooper at high speed, maingay talaga yan kahit kelan. Pero kung talagang parang pigil... Siguro hindi lang gaano nakakahinga, try cleaning/replacing your air filter and changing your fluids and oil filters. I'd bet something's dirty or clogged in there.

tip: drag your 4th gear to 150 mark before shifting to final gear, make sure your engine is hot hot hot

On the red mark? As in 4000rpm? Tibay ah! Also, if you're on stock tires parin, S-rated yan which is designed to sustain speeds of 180km/h only. Get H-rated tires (can endure prolonged exposure to speeds of upto 210km/h).

yes you're right, and as i stated earlier don't ever try doing this for more than 5 sec. you're dealing with rpm greater than 4000.
