    CONS:
    1. Puny front wheel bearing - Mabilis masira dahil masyadong maliit para sa XTRM. Halos kasing laki lang ng front bearing ng Kia Pride. :D

Ano kaya pwedeng modifications na gawin dito.. i think our isuzu Hilander's front wheel bearing was replaced the 8th time already! its getting annoying na.. pwede kayang mag salpak ng ibang surplus hubs ng ibang isuzu na mas malaki yung wheel bearing?

    2. Weak brakes - I'm not sure if the Michelin LTX tires make it worst, but some non-AT tires will improve its braking-grip capability or use a high-end Brake pads.

Eto ren problema namen.. napakaliit ng brake rotor niya compare to the size of the wheel.. parang mismatched eh.. same design flaws rin like the bearing siguro to..
meron kayang bigger diameter rotors+calipers for this particular model of isuzu hilander XTRM?

    3. Weak and lousy door hinges.

yep, we broke the driver side door hinge already.. costed us almost 2k sa casa.. wtf.

yup, ganun din ang napuna ko sa xtrm ko, makisingit nga, pareho ba bearing ng crosswind sa hilander xtrm? baka pwde isalpak ang hub ng xwind sa hilander?

Regular repacking ng bearings with good king of grease will prolong the front bearing life.

my mother own a XTRM and she always asking me about the maintenance of this car because of a 2002 model and the ODO is 200K.

This is very helpful to me because this thread can give an idea what i will do to the maintenance of my mothers car...
