Any specific KYB shock absorber? Currently I have the gas-adjust, wanted to get other info as others might have other better suggestions

There are many brands but the most common brand here is a KYB shock absorber. Maybe around 2.2k as I guess roughly.

Meron ka nang prospective unit? Converted or local? 4JG2 is a good engine of similar tech and reputation as the 4M40 and 1KZ. There are quite a few 4JX1 owners who actually downgrade to the 4JG2 due to engine troubles.

Do be careful in your inspection though. No matter how good the engine is, this is still a 21 year old car, and thus has possibility of being a money pit if not properly maintained.
