Hi elcapitan, this would be manual and on the dashboard.. they're almost the same with .2 diffrence in FC

    Example:
    dashboard 10.9
    manual comp 10.7

ill putting 10.8 just to be fair.

Depende din sir sa haba ng tinakbo at sa accuracy ng calibration, pero pretty much accurate naman, conditionally. Sa colder countries, mas accurate ang fuel consumption readings sa dashboard kaysa sa mga hotter climates like the Philippines. When i measured 17.1 km per litre over 427 kilometres run taken at a one-go, my dashboards was 18.1 km per litre, and this was in 2010 during one of the summer months, where it was really hot.

How many kilometres have you travelled when you saw the 0.2 difference? Is it the total average consumption from all the trips you've made since the beginning?

Hi Sir, per full tank then kinukuha ko yung total kms travelled per full tank para makuha ko yung consumption ko manually, yung automatic yung sa dashboard ko na kukunin .. then if pag may time gagamitan ko ng fuelio (google apps) which is the same naman.. almost may .2 difference sa dashboard and manual computation. pero sa manual and fuelio app the same lang naman sila ng readings.

Hi Sir Jgwapz, what is your ballpark fuel mileage each time you join such fun-drive challenge by Isuzu?

In as much as i want to sana, di din ako maka-tiempo sa mga events.... Nasubukan mo na sir yung Luzon Loop Iron Man Challenge held around 1st or 2nd week after each New Year's day? May mga ka-Isuzu brands na sumasali doon....

    Cheers!

    Fuel Consumption Update:

La Union - Baguio (4days) - La Union
    177.1 kms/18.528 lit = 9.56 km/L

    La Union-TPLEX-SCTEX-NLEX
    138.7 kms/7.91 lit = 17.54 km/L

80 kph speed - 1,600-1,700 RPM - 90% of the time = most boring drive of my life, hehe =)

7-10 km/l in the city depending on your driving style
i get mostly 7-9 km/l not bad for a seldom used automatic XUV with roofrack that cause more FC

Mabuti nga kayong mga naka Crosswind umaabot ng 10km/L sa city driving. Sa Revo diesel namin 10km/L average FC on a Baguio trip.

got the 2004 xtrm crosswind na po.
average consumption sa 2 weeks na nagamit ko na sya around 10-11 km/l.
will get more accurate data kapag nakapag pa full tank na.
fill then sagad sa unang guhit method pa lang nagagawa ko kasi.
    no budget for full tank.

Observation on my dmax lt 2014. Half tank full, consumption is 10km/ltr. But when ever 200 worth of diesel (approx 7 liters), consumptio is 15km/ltr. Normal po ba? Thanks

Your methodology isn't precise. If you want to be consistent, fill up your car (full tank), then measure your distance, then full tank again.

A car's fuel consumption does not change based on how much gas you fill up.
