May 13th, 2006 10:12 PM #62guyz i have a black 2004 xuvi. lately i noticed na lumalakas ang fuel consumption niya. i think it does a 7 km/L. nagulat talaga ako kasi before super tipid talaga pag ginagamit ko. i suspect na nagalaw nung pamangkin ko yung adjustment ng idling sa may lower left ng steering wheel. meron po bang connection yun with the gas consumption? pls help thanks

Hehe... astig... sana Crosswind pa rin ang pangalan ng Chevy version...
As for the fuel consumption issue, it could be the idle adjuster... malaki ang difference kung yung default na idle ay over 1000rpms... or it may be an exhaust issue... but it would be obvious if it were an exhaust problem... you'd hear it right away.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...

di ba yung knob na yon eh parang choker lang? it will always go back to the original setting kahit pa pihitin mo iyon....loose sha because of the allowance pag nag on/off ang aircon, which is the reason kung bakit may konteng play yung gas accel. pedal...i believe it is normal na loose yon. at least that's how it is on my isuzu. =)

May 25th, 2006 08:11 PM #67di ba parang di naman masyado ok pag mababa idling parang masyado na vibration..lalo na di pa masyado mainit.
btw..napansin nyo ba yung similarity ng crosswind dun sa chinese made na..syet ano nga ba pangalan nun..nexus? tama ba?.yung dashboard sa loob parang pareho and may hints rin ng similarities sa exterior...2.8 naman makina...but i think same output lang sa isuzu.

July 27th, 2006 03:14 PM #69climbing power of isuzu as far as i'm concern is pretty decent...exactly, you dont buy a crosswind because of its handling...its a utility car...matipid, matibay at maaasahan.

July 27th, 2006 03:18 PM #70stock tires ng XUV e michellin yata...ganun parin yung nakakabit sa auto ko...ano ba ang other alternatives na mas mahusay ang performance kung meron man kaysa michellins? magkano? TIA.
I am currently observing the 2SM battery installed on my MU-X, Yuasa brand. Kaka 1 yr lang nito...
Cheaper brands than Motolite but reliable as well
