Mr. boknoyxtrm2001, how would you know anong batch ang unit mo? My Crosswind XUVi have the same muffler problem and require replacement. More than two months na di pa napapalitan:evil:. What they did during PMS is just weld the muffler to the pipe. CS ko ay 95KVW. I got it last Dec.

Huhulaan ko.. Automatic yan Xuvi mo no...... kasi one thing na notice ko malakas ang idling nang matic which translates to lakas nang kalog nang exhaust system mo.... Ang pagkakaalam ko yung batch mo ay corrected na yan..... doon itong problemang ito pumutok nung panahon nang XTO (1st batch) dapat sa yo corrected na yan... What I would suggest is to observed... pagmalakas ang rattle nang exhaust mo.... chances are biobigay yan... if you happen to be on side with a manual pansinin mo ang exhaust system niya on idle di maalog... san ka nag pa PMS ? Anyways May club tayo IsuzuClub registered ka doon

tanong ko lang, kung alam nila na may inherent defect, bakit di magpa factory recall sila to correct the defect. obviously there's a remedy so they should apply the remedy to the 1st batch which includes my unit and cj's.

As for my unit, we got it from Isuzu Manila. 1 month pa lang naming ginagamit ay bumigay na yung muffler. When we take it back, they say na wala nga raw available at hininang lang nila. Bumigay yung hinang between the muffler and pipe papuntang engine. Sa tingin ko manipis masyado yung outer **** na ginamit sa muffler kaya di nakaya yung vibration nang makina at idle. Honestly, di is my fist diesel kaya di ko alam what's normal with regards sa engine. Doon din ako nagpapaPMS.

nag-vavacuum? yung hinihigop yung tubig sa reservoir? I don't think so. pinaandar ko kasi makina then sinilip ng pahiga yung radiator (nakahiga ako non with my head directly under the radiator), it was leaking from the same spot as before, yung sa plastic pipe. kung vacuum yon, di sana lalabas yung tubig. I plan to call the manager of the sales agent from whom we got the unit. ewan lang kung may mangyari.

pero seriously, I think Isuzu should address this issue up front. whether by silent campaign or what not. bah! consumer right natin ito- to get what we paid for - a defect free product. di ba mga pre? bakit yung XTRM or XUV walang problema, why should the XTO any different? just thinking out loud aheheh :wink:

Tanong ko lang, my xwind odo is 11k plus na napansin ko malakas maubos yung tubig sa reservoir nya. when i checked if there's a leak, may tubig sa floor ng garahe. ano kaya diprensya nito? may leak kaya?

Ano yung nasa sahig, tubig o coolant? If tubig siya, malamang pawis lang ng a/c evaporator yun.

Kung coolant, aba ibang usapan na iyan.

ganyan din yun sa akin b4 yun pala may leak na yun radiator dalahin mo na sa casa para mapalitan pa yan. si bos rsnald nga twice na yata sya nag palit me once. maghanap ka na ng casa na may available stock kasi yun sa akin wait for 2 weeks bago napalitan.

it's not supposed to be NORMAL. defect ito ng design.
I think replacing the radiator won't solve the problem. may inherent defect e. the fact that it's repeating itself and it happens to a number of units, isa lang ang conclusion nito.


kailangan talga nito marami mag complain para pansinin e. Master BoknoyXTRM2001, dapat ipaabot na to sa kinauukulan.

had my radiator replaced during my 50K PMS last sat(50K nako- in less than 2 years! 8O )

kinausap ko yung branch manager and he told me that they already had a meeting with Denso about this. Sabi nya, modified na raw yung mga radiator na pinapalit nila. Sana nga at sana di na mag leak ulit dahil lapse na ang warranty ko. pero di pa rin nila napapalitan yung exhaust manifold. di bale, I wanted to take it one at a time. The weld looks to be holding and ang sabi sakin nung isang welder na kilala ko, minsan daw mas matibay pa ang weld kesa sa original metal. I hope he's right.

dapat humingi ka nang extension nang warranty kahit man lang sa radiator. they claim the one they just installed is already modified so ask them to back it up with at least 6 months warranty. with all the trouble you went through, thats the least they can do.... maybe ser Boknoy can help?

OT: pre, were you able to buy the replacement Bando belts too?[/b]
