di pa ko nakakabili ng Bando belts. magca-canvass muna. grabe pala mahal ng denso aircon belts, mas mahal pa sa labor ng PMS (*1600 apiece = 3200 for the two 8O )

on the radiator, I'm hoping it will not fail anymore, dahil kundi e,

wow... back from the dead 'tong thread ko a :whoa: :D

don't panic pre, hingang malalim muna... take a long deep breath ...tapos... sabay sigaw ng ....??!*#%$%!*%#!!!!!!

shempre, request for a replacement. have them note it down on your PMS booklet para ma-remind sila palagi. They'll probably have it welded kung walang pamalit. tapos, it's up to you kung makikipagkulitan ka pa sa kanila.
as to what casa... ala yatang perfect na casa. all of them have their pluses and negatives. yung isuzu pasig, kala ko ok na, kaso super taga sila sa mahal ng PMS nila. :freak:

yung sa radiator, just check your coolant level everyday..... and pray na wala kang makikitang leak. mas mabuti pa nga siguro kung mag-leak na yan at mapalitan ng bago, yung reinforced version daw ng Denso.

the good news is... at least hindi yung engine ang may defect. yung 2 officemates ko naka Lynx, they had to have their clutch adjusted, mali daw yung clearance. yung isa nga nagparesurface pa ng clutch disc. dahil pudpod na clutch nya after less than 20K of running.
yung isa naman naka- Civic, he had his unit top-overhauled, wala pang 2 yrs yun?... ewan ko kung bakit. hi-revver kasi yung magmaneho.

far as I'm concerned, I still don't regret getting the crosswind. going 60K nako after 2 years 2 months, pero ganda pa rin ng hatak. parang bago pa rin.

    about the radiator...

before you travel check the water reserved for coolant dapat nasa max then travel 30kms after that park and check the coolant level...pag bumaba ng 1/4 yari...start na yan.....

silip ka doon sa baba ng radiator may plastic drain plug kung may kalawang sya sa may baba may leak na yon, kailangan bantayan or pa check muna and lagi kang may dalang water reserve mo :D

    hope that helps :D

    1 mm?? I'm sure it's a typo error.

Should I insist the casa to replace it, pati na rin ang exhaust pipe?

oops sorry about 3 mm, hindi kaya ng 1 cm kasi hahaba yung hose hehe...gumamit lang ng file para kikilin ng konte, yung stock hole ng tornilyo for the radiator...sayang di ko na picture nung ginagawa yon hehe big help sana :D

this is from my experience with our xwind-XTO :D

Just to add, in case yuou decide to get an aftermarket radiator, try searching for the Evercool brand. Its local but the manufacturer is ISO certified... we've tried it on other cars and they last pretty long.

Nonetheless, Isuzu honored warranty of my exhaust system kahit 1 week beyond warranty na XTO ko, they agreed to replace pipes A,B & C. Probably bcoz 40K pa lang mileage ko.

Di naman lahat ng Isuzu casa palpak. Isuzu Cavite has been very considerate & accomodating not only to me but to the other customers nila na nkakausap ko. Dahil maganda ang service nila & ok namn in general ang ride ko, di pa rin ako nagsisisi that i got a crosswind.

One XTO owner whom i got to talk to told me na yung radiator problem nya was due to wrong installation lang ng hose clamp. tumatama yung screw sa chasis so bumugay welding nung radiator.

Jeepcurizerph, i did what you mentioned, and mukhang effective. After driving 50km actually 'yong coolant sa reservoir ay di nabawasan. Did check also the drain plug at ala pa namang kalawang. Ang worried ko lang kasi bihira kong gamitin ang xwind ko sa long driving, usually driven siya for 12 km per day, to and from work.
