mula sa C may isang marking pataas tpos bago mag H may dalang marking na kunti lang ang agwat.... salamat sa tulong.....sa ibang sasakyan ang dali lang mag read itong trooper lang ang mahirap dami kasing marking...

gusto lang na e DIY lang ganun din kasi sa ibang mechanic ang pagwa...pang experince .... kakatpos ko rin lang mag change oil 8 liters at palit ng dalawang oil filter...

nxt na gagawin rear axle differential at palit ng fuel filter....

among my few post... and my first surprise/problem with my trooper... and its not the injectors!.... 03 model, first owner, casa maintained since day 1

My ABS light went on... had it checked and they quoted me 114K for the module... actually 3,500 lang nga ang labor. They actually assured me that I have the brakes... Yun ABS sensor ang sira... I can actually use the car normally... They themselves are not recommending to replace it due to car's age but its my call.

My options are: remove the ABS light (fuse lang yun) or purchase a new ABS module... My question is, where can I get an ABS module outside of casa and how much?

just point me to any leads... kung talagang mahal, maybe I should just remove the ABS... any thoughts?

will just discard the abs kung ganun kalaki damage. btw, wheel sensor ba ang sira or yung module sa hood?

Actually I dont know, I assumed its the set (considering the price)... I have been servicing in that Casa since i got my trooper... They know me and my car very well... I personally dont think niloloko naman ako... like what I said the labor is very minimal, its the whole part ang mahal.

was just hoping meron ibang alternatives... kung wala, baka nga better just to remove the sensor.... medyo aging na din trooper ko... but everything still working (except now for the ABS) :-(

No problem ako sa kotse ko since 2003... if ever ngayon lang... which I can understand as wear and tear.

OT: has anyone tried to DIY cleaning of throttle body of 4jx1 trooper? how is it?

i'm planning to DIY cleaning the throttle body of isuzu trooper 4jx1....

any input will be appreciated..

mga sir,

Hingi po ako ng advise. un bighorn ko pag dinidiinan un gas pedal at nasa peak na meron tumutuniog na matining na prang yero (mahina lang naman) or prang grinding na mahina then pag wala na sa peak wala na din ung tunog. anu po kya ito?

Sabi ng mekaniko ko is yung turbo daw un, papalitan na...engine ko pla is 4JG2

Help naman po, may problema kasi sa idle yung trooper ko, halos every morning nag up and down yung idle nya from 1k to 300rpm. pag inapakan mo yung gas pedal up to 2t rpm ok naman sya. minsan kapag matagal na nakapark tapos start mo yung trooper nag up and down din ang idle nya. namamatayan din sya nang makina. pansin ko lang na madalas kapag mainit na makina, nawawala na ung problem sa idle.

good day.. have anyone experience with troper 4jx1 automatic tranny?? i've noticed habang tumatakbo na pag nag step on the gaspedal e ayaw pang munanng kumagat o umarangkada?yung aabutin muna yung 1700 to 1900 or sometimes 2000 na rpm bago sa mag kick in..kaka linis ko lang ng throttle body at kakapalit ko lang rin ng ATF sa tranny...normal alng ba to... dati kasi pag apak ng gas its accelerate faster yung parang na transmit ka agad yung power from the accelerator to the engine... almost 8 years na rin yung tps sensor na hindi napiltan....

try walco for all your spare parts, it is located in banawe.....halos 50% off lahat ng parts dito compared sa casa.

then go to your trusted mechanic for sure maayos yang trooper mo.
