i remember a similar case some years ago.
the insurance and the casa were pointing to each other.
"accident yan! insurance ang sasagot!"

Hindi lang dapat ganyan ang damage kung nawalan ka ng preno at the very least durog grille and headlights at abot hanggang radiator and turbo intercooler ang damage. On the positive side ganyan pala katibay ang mu-X in the event of frontal colliion dahil sa faulty brakes then pwede pa ma-drive pauwi. Mas marami pa lalo bibili ng mu-X kapag ganyan

Kahit naka Brembo ka pa na brakes at may EBD and Emergency Brake Assist the ABS will still prevent the wbeels from locking to help you steer away safely from possible collision. Kahit ok ang brakes kung di naman maganda grip ng tires on wet or even dry conditions it will still affect the overall stopping performance of the vehicle.

Tinanggal na yung video kasi noticeable na mabilis yung takbo tapos nung malapit na biglang bumagal takbo just before bumangga kasi kung talagang di kumagat ang preno eh di sana same lang speed until bumangga sa naka full stop na Hilux. In fairness parang mas malaki pa na damaged sa Hilux kaysa sa mu-X but still hindi rin nadurog yung tail lights ng pick up.

Una yung crosswind, nag-vape sa kalye dahil nag-runaway yung diesel tapos eto naman yung di naging effective ang preno, although syempre may factors or reasons din kung bat nangyari, hindi yung basta basta lang.

Here's another possibility. Remember, the driver is also a mechanic. Who knows kung kinalikot na ng driver yun brakes when they returned home. The driver/mechanic can easily blame the brakes when the accident happened para hindi siya ang at fault. Kung lusot, hindi ka na malakas ang loob iuwi ang vehicle because wala kang brakes. No driver in his right mind will drive a vehicle without brakes.

I am not in a habit of taking advantage of other people's misfortunes but I am always willing to learn from other people's mistakes.

It is the manufacturer and distributor's business to advertise their product. I paid Isuzu the full amount of my mu-X and to tell you honestly no one convinced or in any way forced me to get a mu-X it is my own decision.

I am just stating facts which can be applicable to other brands, it just so happen that mu-X is the vehicle involved in this situation.

Kaya nga sabi ko on the positive side, aba kung totoong nag fail ang brakes at ganyan lang ang damage kahit anong brand at type ng vehicle eh mapapabilib talaga ako but unfortunately i'm not convinced.

I also avoid giviing unsolicited advice to anybody baka kasi ako pa ma-blame.

Because of this incident, medyo na co-conscious na ako sa pag apak sa brake ni mu-x ko (same model as in the vid)...though im not afraid nor paranoid...conscious and more mindful lang.

The next time na magpa pms ako, i'll be asking the SA on his take on this.

May pagkajologs nga ang isuzu casa, first time ko nagpaservice dun and sabi ko senyo pati kape, 3in 1 kuha ka ng sachet tapos kumuha ka ng hot water sa dispenser. Di ba katulad sa iba, press lang ng press, ano gusto mo cafe mocha, frap o latte. Tapos yun kape pa sa isuzu casa priginal black or brew. Eh ako pa mahilig ako sa milk based coffee.

Sobrang nanibago talaga ako sa isuzu casa. after owning my first MuX. Eh laking honda, ford, mitsu ako eh . Even sa hyundai pasig walang binatbat ang isuzu casa.

Pero im not a discriminating person, as a citizen, i try to understand and assimilate where I am a d adjust. Mostly kasama ko sa isuzu casa, nagpaparepair ng uv express nila or isizu truck . So i just sat there observing both the isuzu reps and the customers. So i came to conclusion, kung ganun lagi kausap ng isuzu reps daily. Eh nag -adjust na din sila sa lingo ng customer types nila.

Yan kasi nag post ng video, girl na madalas sa travel. So malamang culture shock sya sa phoneor sa kung papano magsalita isuzu reps.

And also medyo magkaka anxiety ka din pag sa service bay ka naman natingen, kasi totl iszu sayo. Katabi mo sa kanan nkr, sa left elf, as in purong bakal ang edges ng mga truc k na ito, tapos ikaw lagi mo detail car mo sa kin-tab

Will look for the other one, pero this is the more telling one. Looks like the brake pedal gets mashed to the floor with very very little pressure.

Saw the video at sa aking opinion ay may something not right sa preno. Sobrang lalim at halos walang resistance yung pedal.

For emergency braking di ka talaga ititigil pag ganyan preno which is what happened.

Warranty sa electrical ang mavvoid. 1yr lang naman ang warranty pagdating sa electrical. Wag ka na magpalit ng plug and play hid kit lalo na sa fog lights. Ks led ka na lang sa low beam or hid retrofit na
