I doubt it. Re eu 5, yes we do have it thru unioil, been using it for more than 3 years now for my diesels. I believe however that they are waiting for the big 3 in particular. Yes 2016....
I still think that isuzu is being responsible and they know that they are accountable for their engines sold. I had a very bad problem with a vgt eu 4 engine mainly feeding on eu 2 fuel before and i think yes, isuzu is being very careful.
Thanks for the correction. Yes unioil is eu 4. I think i got myself confused with eu5 engines not being brought in.
2016 is the deadline set by the government for all euro 4 fuels to be implemented. The wait is for isuzu to bring in their eu 4 compliant engines. If they will base it with petron's eu 4 launch earlier on 2015 then it will be good for us consumers. I still think its best for them to bring the new engines in after all fuel distributors comply with the new standard.
wala pa ba tayo feedback from owners specially sa engine power or lack of it.
Is this true
you dont have to insert the key
in the keyhole to start
the vehicle instead push the button?
kasi nakita ko TOTL ng 4x2 wala ng keyhole
Push start button is a nice feature provided one is not forgetful. Once I drove my friend's car with that feature. After I dropped her off and drove about 4 kms., I realized she had the keys. I had to turn around to get the keys, otherwise I wouldn't be able to start the car again.
Naka testdrive ako 4x2 a/t mu x last week.
Mu x is Slower than 4x2 a/t fort. I forgot to turn off ESC, so i dont know if would make any difference.
Shifting is smooth or is it because it wont rev hard.
Dont like the 70-80kph behavior ng fortuner maybe because 4 speed lang pero i ordered one also.
Mu x Suspension or ride is better.
Nag-Fort ka na pala? Sayang...
I'm liking the MU-X so far... The space is incredible! tTe ride is a bit jiggly, but that's because I've got the tires inflated over the door sticker... still have to check what it's like at the recommended 29 psi. Power is pretty darn good. 136 hp is more than enough for a car like this. It's only on the highway at over 100 where it starts feeling a bit wheezy... but I don't miss the 3.0 one bit.![]()
And, looking at the engine bay... even if it can't achieve the same flood fording height as the Ranger or Trailblazer, I think it will come close.
Too bad the supply is so constrained... I can imagine trading in the Crosswind for one of these.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
mga sir sa mga naka pag test drive na po ng 2.5 MUX(at/mt), is it the same or comparable po ba cia sa 2.5 tdci ng ford everest?
sir tama ba yung observation ko na tahimik yung engine or just the improved noise deadening? kasi when i test drove it (for a short time during the PIMS), quite noticeable yung quiet engine compared tothe R-eVGT of my santa fe. ofcourse there's no comparison as regards to power. also, the suspension was, IMO, better as in bouncier or softer than my ride
Hi guys! I've been following this thread even before we got our unit last Saturday. Coming from an old Hi-Lander, the engine is really silent for an Isuzu. 80% siguro maririnig mo lang road noise. We're really impressed and it doesn't feel underpowered at all.![]()
*Niky: I can't wait to read your review on TGP, sir.
*Djerms: Nag Fortuner na father mo, sir? Sayang! Baka pag nabasa mo ang review ni sir Niky next week ay manghinayang kayo.hehe
*LancerA174A: Welcome to Tsikot, sir! It is really a world of difference if you compare the engine of Hilander to the MU-X. It is way more refined, less vibration and noise and accelerates way quickier than the engine of yesteryears.
Iakyat mo sa matatarik na lugar, sir, then I-share mo dito para malaman ang capability ng MU-x sa steep climbs especially if it is fully loaded.
