Hi Sirs, i don't know where to post this and I apologize it this is OT but I would just like to ask if any of you have experienced a squealing sound when your Sta Fe goes through a rough road and the squeal disappears when the road is asphalt ? Brought my 09 Sta Fe (with only 22K mileage) to 2 casas already and they can't seem to fix the problem and told me nothing's wrong with the car. Any reply or input would be deeply appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Have you check the caliper bolt? Kapag maluwag usually yan ang cause ng rattling sound.

Yung binilhan ko ng mags. Yung isang client daw bumili ng 22 para sa sf3 nya.

I'm curious, are there local Santa Fe units affected by the water leaking problem? My Korean friend told me about this issue after I told him that I'm interested in the Santa Fe as it was shown in their TV news recently...

So far wala akong problem sa water leak.. Pero yung oil level ng SF ko parang nagbago..

*imperialv...wala ako na mention sa oil level, rather, ang na mention ko is about level sa reservoir ng coolant. So far wala naman ako problema sa water leaking like what is shown sa vids. I think that water is coming from the AC drain hose sa 3rd row ng SF. What I notice kasi is may water drains sa tapat ng ilalim ng car after stopping from a long drive, but not inside the car itself. Ang problema siguro dun sa video is baka hindi properly naka attach yung drain hose or baka nakalimutan ikabit during production/assembly ng car.

Anyway, the oil level of my sf3 is in between L and F. I will try to observe kung bumaba pa. Need 2K pa before the next PMS.

I am just a new member here in tsikot but ive been following this thread for quite sometime now. Finally last july we decided to get our own SF3 because of your positive feedback which we find very helpful. I just want to share and confirm with you guys about the leak , right now my unit is in north edsa since ive noticed that there was a wet portion on the carpet particularly in the flooring of the third row of my seat. You will not notice it if you will not unfold the third row. I was able to talked with my advisor just now and it was confirmed that the leak is coming from the backdoor. reason was due to deformed weatherstrip and ask him what remedy did they under went to solve this problem. they just refitted the weatherstrip and apply some sealant. I will have to check tomorrow since it will due for release na daw. I also ask him if they have encountered same case as mine and according to him this is just the first time. he also told me that perhap other owner of SF3 havent notice it yet, Again I suggest to all of you to check thoroughly your carpet if there is any wet spot.

Tama lang ang oil level nyan if it's between L and F, Vic! If it's at the L or low level, then top up lang until sa next PMS mo. Pero kung sudden yung pagbaba ng oil lebel, then you have to have it checked dahil hindi dapat ganun. Pero bago pa SF mo kaya I doubt there's anything to get worried about. Btw, attend ka pala ng SFCP Grand EB, pwede ba makipabili ng sticker or it's not allowed? Hindi pa kasi ako makababa ng Manila e.
