Hindi pa ako owner ng tucson I was planning to purchase sana Santa Fe that cost around 1.6M pero when I saw the 2010 model ng tucson, WOOOWWW talaga grabe, mas maganda pa sa Santa Fe 2010 model.
Ang Santa Fe nag-bago lang ang tail light niya but same shape, ang front grill naman nabago ang position ng Hyundai logo at the grill it self. mga bro/sis check out na lang ninyo sa hyundai ang tucson ix 2010 fc niya 15.4 km/ltr. ang hitsura niya interior/exterior bonggang-bongga talaga walang sinabi ang ibang brand. The price in Korea to peso ay more or less 900k hindi ko alam magkano pa dagdag for importation. Pero I'm sure kapag nakita niyo mag-iisip kayong palitan ang existing tucson niyo,promise, kaya nga now naiisip ko tucson ix 2010 na lang bibilhin ko instead of Santa Fe. hindi na rin kami magpapalit kasi we think that the current 2009 Tucson is the most "affordable" SUV you can buy today. imagine buying a compact SUV at sedan prices! hehe

although the upcoming 2010 Tucson iX is definitely a head turner both inside and out, there is also a significant price increase attached to it.

^^ any newly released cars will definitely be a head turner. just wait the ix to stay in our shores for a year or two then i say to you, it wont catch people's attention anymore just like when it was newly released.

Well, yes it's somewhat a case to case basis too. If it didn't sell much then few are seen in streets. Now, each one of them seen could be a looker since people's eyes are not set on seeing it everyday.

thanks! tipid na nga yung gasoline, how much more kung diesel! hehe.

at first, tinitingnan ko lang yung fuel gauge without computing the real fc. in an almost 100kms mixed drive, 1 bar lang binaba sa fuel gauge. so tipid pala siya. pero later, kinompute ko na talaga para makakuha ng real figure. ayon, 10++ kpl yung nakuha kung reading. i'm very satisfied considering na sa break-in stage palang yung ride ko. sana mas magiimprove pa siya in the next few thousand kms.

i am impressed! parang mas tipid pa yan sa 1.8 na civic a. sa friend ko kasi nakaka 8-9 ata or 7-8 lang daw.

baka pure city driving (stop 'n go traffic) yung sa friend mo. or baka automatic yung tranny niya. may difference kasi talaga ang fc sa manual at sa automatic. mas matipid yung manual transmission.

meron akong nabasa sa isang thread dito na gas guzzler daw yung Civic 1.8S. depende pa rin kasi sa driving style at habit ng driver yung fuel consumption ng isang sasakyan. OT na to. hehe

BTT: buti naman at medyo fuel efficient ang 2009 Tucson to think na SUV siya.

Hi LeOxe, ayus ung FC mo ha.. ang taas.. pano mo naachieve un? ano gas gamit mo? ako tipid driving din.. change ng gear pag naka 2k rpm na.. the highest na nakuha ko eh, 9.3km/L lng, mixed driving din.. pero mostly traffic ksi laging daan sa makati.. pero nag aaverage ako sa 7-9 km/L..

not heard of that color. warm silver, new mild silver & aqua silver (phased out na daw) lang yung sinabi ng SA sa akin. pero in my opinion, di masyado attractive yung warm silver color ng hyundai. bland and dull siya para sa akin. that's just my opinion though. hehe

same lang yung ginagawa ko sayo Bentotz. change gear pag naka 2k rpm na. speed ko naman is from 60-80 kph since nasa break-in stage pa yung ride ko. pero ok na rin ang 9.3 kpl na nakuha mo ha considering na SUV siya. ang gas na ginagamit ko is Shell Super Unleaded.

not heard of that color. warm silver, new mild silver & aqua silver (phased out na daw) lang yung sinabi ng SA sa akin. pero in my opinion, di masyado attractive yung warm silver color ng hyundai. bland and dull siya para sa akin. that's just my opinion though. hehe

sabi sakin ng SA is phased out na daw yung Aqua Silver color. not really sure though if it's true. wala na rin kasi akong nakikitang 2009 Tucson in that shade so baka true nga. hehe

sabi naman sa akin yung warm silver ang phase out then papalit ang sleek silver. iba iba talaga ang lumalabas sa dila nila.hahaha
