Binutas talaga yung cover sa likod ng headlights. Kung gusto mo palit tayo ng cover. Babalik na kasi ako sa halogens. hehe

pag iisipan ko muna, hehehe... plano ko maghanap ng identical na external connector para sa headlight, dun ako gagawa ng tweak.

not sure pa ko sa june 26, may work kasi kami on saturdays, but i'll try to come.

I'm planning to get this awesome car in the coming months and Just wanna ask the following questions:

(1) Pwedeng bang palitan ung radiator grille ng 4X2 GLS A/T (Gas) into CHROME FINISH? I know this is only standard sa mga high-end variants.

(2) How much naman ung Side Garnish and mudguards? Kasi di ito standard sa P1.158M GLS model. Hopefully Hyundai dealers can add these features para "POGI POINTS" .

YES. Pero consider mo muna yung color ng Tucson mo. Kung silver or white, wag nalang kasi hindi rin mapapansin yung chrome part. Have the 3 bars painted matte black nalang. Pero kung ang color mo ay Silky Bronze, Phantom Black and Gray Titanum, bagay na bagay kasi mag stand out yung chrome parts.

Price ranges from 14-20K Pesos

(2) How much naman ung Side Garnish and mudguards? Kasi di ito standard sa P1.158M GLS model. Hopefully Hyundai dealers can add these features para "POGI POINTS"

Have no idea about the price kasi may ganyan na yung sa akin. Si mackieboy sa CASA bumili. Naka install na yung sa kanya. Si Caster naman sa United Kingdom bumili. Naka install na rin. Pwede naman umorder sa CASA. Alamin mo lang part numbers.

Hi Starex Gold...Thanks much! Wow! Exacto ang color ng tucson mo, ganyan din kukunin ko na color (silky/chai bronze). hehe. Nice ang pogi . I hope mai-freebie ko ung mudguards. Then dagdag ko nalang ung chrome grille, chrome door handles and the side garnish. hehe.

btw, may napansin pala ako, on how to place the LTO plate? mukhang di yata standard sa Philippine Plate holder ang Tucson hehe. I wonder paano ito malalagay if di exacto ang butas ng screw sa plate. hehe.

Hindi nga exact yung size ng plate base natin pero meron sya naka handang butas para sa PH plates.

Guys, question lang. I have a 4x2 AT gas GLS na Tucson.

Diba may parang reflector na red sa inner door ng driver's and passenger's seats. Sa other cars kasi umiilaw un. Umiilaw ba dapat yun kapag open un door or parang design lang sya?

Also, would like to buy sana a rain gutter, mud guards and stepboard for the Tucson. San kaya may available na malapit sa Ortigas? TIA

Yung reflector sinubukan ko tapatan ng LED flashlight. Natuwa ako kasi tumagos yung light sa loob. Ibig sabihin pwede natin buhayin yan like the KDM units.

Rain Gutter & Mud guards. Sa Hyundai Pasig. Yan ang pinaka malapit sa Ortigas.

Pero yung Step Board sa Banawe ka nalang bumili. Sa MASPRO. Mura doon. 16k lang ata, sa CASA kasi 24k.

Lost key!

Hi Mga Papi,

Need your advice on my situation. Last Saturday my car key was lost by one of the parking lot attendant from where I normally parked my car after work and basically everyday. The parking is a Car-wash/parking area near our place. When I arrived I gave the key to the car wash boy/attendant which at that moment was washing a car. Normally the scenario is who ever comes up late sa parking would leave the keys para naman malipat nila yung mga cars na nasa likod ng mga naunang nakapark.

So when I was about to get the keys para umalis the AM shift says that couldn't find my key. So they woke up the night shift attendant and says he just placed the keys on the key holder somewhere...so in short they couldn't find it! Its LOST!

To cut the long story short I asked the dealer on what could possibly be my options since I'm concern with the security of my car although I have my spare to use but still you wouldn't know who has it right?. I was advised that replace lahat (whole assembly). All in all 15k daw! Of course I talked to the Owner of the lot and explained what happened and also told him the cost. So basically he said that its too much! and asked me if there other OPTIONS...I mean isn't that their negligence in the first place? Ok sabi ko I will ask the dealer for a possible options pa.

Now I would like to ask you guys, enthusiasts regarding my situation. What other option/s is there for me other than the said replacement? At the moment dealer is coordinating with HARI on the possible re-setting on the central lock or something, but still with the key on the loose its still at stake anybody could still get in my car and God knows what they could do with it.

So again mga Papi sorry for the long story but I'm reaching out for your advise and recommendations. But kung wala na talagang choice kailngan ko ng obligahin yung may ari.

Replacing the whole Security system would be the best solution

yep i think 15k is worth spending for your peace of mind. well ofcourse the next question would be, would the car-wash owner split the costs with you.

What a lame excuse. Nilagay somewhere then biglang nawala ? Ang galing, lumipad siguro o naglakad papalayo mag-isa.

Sabihin nalang nila, they did misplace it OR forgot where they place it.

Dun naman sa owner, sakanya mo singilin lahat. Kasalanan naman ng mga tauhan niya, kahit na 15k kamo iyan ... kailangan mo yan. Di niya naman sagot kapag yung kotse ang nanakaw eh.

Ay teka! GL Tucson yung sayo diba. Code Alarm ang security system nyan. Pwede ka pumunta sa Winterpine mismo tapos dun ka na bumili. Mga 6k lang yung CA-120 na Code Alarm. Tapos ipa duplicate mo nalang yung key.

Buti naalala ko. Whew!

You can politely tell him that your other option is to sue him and he will pay more than P15K......, including attorneys' fees...., etc. Plus the bad publicity for his business.

I agree with SG, Nighthawk, and Renzo...... the whole system must be replaced and it is the parking lot owner's responsibility since they required you to leave your keys behind.

*Starex_Gold - yup GL po yung sakin, M/T. Pero duplicating the key would still let who ever has the original key open the door....

I will be given a feedback tomorrow by the dealer. Kasi ang latest update sakin try nga daw i re-set yung system...this will be the first time if ever nila gagawin sa non-integrated key with remote....yung sakin kasi hiwalay yung susi sa remote eh....

Anyways thanks for all your feed backs and recommendations it really helps a lot...hoping this will not happen to anyone else here....Hope my case can be resolve ASAP.
