share ko lang.. we had our tucson change oil (20k pms) at shaw last week (with engine wash - an additional service w/ charge).. upon inspecting how clean the engine last sunday, i found out that they forgot to replace my coolant.. buti na lang di ako nag overheat.. i called them earlier and admittedly they might forgotten it.. i'll have it returned baka sa wednesday pa since taga SPL pa ako.. haaaayyy..

i need help... ill have my Tucson's 1K PMS with Hyundai Global City and since this is my first car and have so little knowledge with cars i'd like to ask what should I expect and what are the things that I should look out for?

nakuha mo na siguro ang Tucson mo by this time. congrats!! pero sana piniga mo talaga yung agent mo na you really like the color white. bibigay din sila. that also happened to me before. they offered me black but gusto ko talaga white. dumating din naman pero may waiting period nga lang. but at least i got what i wanted. hehe..

OK na din Titanium Gray tapos binigyan nila ako freebies para dilang ako mag back out coz naka down na ako , freebies binigay nila full tank gas, original rainvisor with tucson ix wording plus original mudguard

i hope you can help me with this...

when i bought my tucson, i had it tinted (all windows including the entire windshield)

kaya lang i noticed na merong mga bubbles sa mga windows and there was a small "fold" on the front windshield. so i reported it sa SA and she told me to go there and have it checked by them.

so i went and their Accessories team made a "rectification" (thats what they call it) and some of the bubbles were fixed. "Some" kasi meron pa rin mga natira...

the guy from the accessories talked to me and said na hindi na daw nila ma-rectify ung remaining bubbles. so i asked "so now what?" and he said na i can have it replaced (all windows including the windshield) or baka pwedeng hindi na lang daw since hindi naman daw talaga bubbles un.. parang trapped dirt lang daw so hindi daw un lalaki pa.

he also added na if i decided to have it replaced, no charge naman daw sa akin.. but instead it will be charged dun sa unang naginstall ng tint... in other words, kawawa naman ung nag tint na una. he also said na should i decide to have it all replaced, baka iba na daw ang gumawa kasi usually daw hindi na ung unang gumawa ang magiinstall ulit ng tint ko and hahanap nalang daw sila ng ibang gagawa...

kaya eto i'm undecided on what to do... of course i would want it replaced kasi i paid for the unit kaya lang naiisip ko rin naman ung unang nag tint kasi sa kanya machacharge.. nakakaawa naman...

what should i do? and tama ba ung mga sinabi sa akin na dun sa unang nag tint machacharge un?

I really doubt na ganun yung process na kapag sumablay yung service nila eh sisisihin yung gumawa at sa sweldo niya ichacharge yung bayad nung replacement...

But that's just my opinion...

Similar situation before, but this did not happen sa Casa, sa shop lang, muntik ko na bayaran na lang para lang mapalitan, kasi naaawa din ako sa installer (kasi nga installer daw and magbabayad) e ayoko naman magtiis na nakikita yong palpak na kabit ng tint....

di ko pa sinabi na balak ko bayaran yong tint, sinabi ko palitan dahil nga may hindi nalinis maigi na naiwan sa loob (between the windshield and tint), and since papalitan na din lang, ask ako kung pwede palitan ng mas mahal na brand magda dagdag na lang ako ng difference....

ang sagot sa akin..... "di na pwede, kasi ipapa warranty sa supplier nung tint"...

kaya, pinalitan na lang ng same brand at di na ako nakonsensya, on second thought, sabi ko muntik na din ako ma double charge :-(

yun nga sir eh.. medyo weird lang.. and andun ung "awa" effect i really can't decide... part of me says na i should have it replaced since it wasnt my fault and i deserve na maayos 100% ung tint.. but on the other hand andun nga ung awa-effect kung dun nga sa gumawa machacharge un...

another thing that makes me doubt eh bakit cya ung nagsasalita in behalf of the one who made it... parang tingin ko eh if merong mag-aappeal eh dba dapat ung mismong gumawa kasi cya ung affected?

Kung talagang i charge nila sa gumawa ng tint, eh hindi mo na kasalanan yun. Kasalanan na nung gumawa yun kase it's either nagmamadali sya or t*nga sya.

Papalitan mo yang tint. Keysa ikaw pa ang magka problema sa huli.

i experienced the same, eto naman scratches sa windows glass after detailing, pinaalis ko lang yung mga water marks pero nagkaron ng gasgas. pinasasagot nila (hari) sa detailer and willing naman yung detailer kaso nga dahil sa "awa" di ko pa rin na settle yung issue. isa pa, wala ako available time

Yung windshield ko nagka scratch nung inalis ko yung numbers natin nung fun run. haha.

Pwede naman mawala yung scratches. Glass polishing na katapat nyan.

wala naman bago sa Tucson. pati plate numbers ko wala parin. tsk. Yung HID ko binebenta ko, babalik ako sa halogens tapos fog lights nalang ipapa HID ko.

Ok lang din. Nakuha ko plate number ko last month lang, after more than 3 months of waiting. Letter "P" na nga ang unang letter sa tagal. Nag HID ka pala, pano na install? wala bang binutas sa cover?

I'm trying to install my old HID from my Jazz, pero mukhang mahirap, any idea kung meron nakukuhang external connector para sa headlight ng Tucson?

Binutas talaga yung cover sa likod ng headlights. Kung gusto mo palit tayo ng cover. Babalik na kasi ako sa halogens. hehe
