thank you so much sir! bebenta din kasi namin yung black x-trail namin di kasi namin kayang magmaintain ng 3 cars. black or blue? crdi or gas? mga sir&maam help. kasi ok na approval ko sa ps bank,gusto namin by march kasi kakabayad lang nmin nung xtrail nung jan. 08 gusto lang namin maranasan na 2 months na di magbabayad ng mos ammort. black ka nalang kung bbenta mo rin ang x-trail mo. Elegant tignan lalo na kung nakatint lahat pati harap. Hirap lang talaga linisan pero iba talaga ang dating niya.

Gas or CRDi? depende sa gamit. Ako gas pero sana nag CRDi na lang ako kasi mahal na ang gas ngayon. Nag gas lang ako dahil sa AWD. Wala pa kasi AWD na CRDi noong binili ko sa akin. FC ng gas 6-7 km/l pero no heavy traffic yun. Sarap lang talaga ng gas sa long drive.

I'm guessing it's a 2008 US version SF color Cherry Red yung nakikita nyo. Full options yata yun.

my last 254 kms travelled- pure city driving

fuel consumption- 10.58 kms/li

Hi C190! CRDi ba ang sa iyo? Have been monitoring my FC closely, ang best na nakuha ko was just 9.7 km/li (mixed highway/city driving), lowest at around 8.5 (pure city driving). My computation is always based on full tank as I have a 'bad' habit of emptying my tank before filling up. Wonder if that makes any difference...

My father-in-law to be owns a Hyundai Tucson and its really really great. Im looking at getting the 2007 Santa Fe, but I'm thinking twice since there were issues before about the after sales service. Remember the issue with the 2003 - 2005 Starex not getting parts and service. Has it now improved? Guys i need your help.

Sir, same habit pala tayo, i also empty my tank before filling up... Bakit mo nasabi na "bad" ito? Meron ba effect sa performance ng car?

btw, fuel consumption of my 4x2 crdi is steady at 10.6 km/li mixture of highway & city driving.

It's my first time to own a Hyundai and so far no complaints on after sales service. About 4 weeks ago my wife heard an unusual sound when starting her SF in the morning. She does not know anything about engines but she knows when there is something wrong because of the unusual noise. Sabi niya nawawala naman after awhile na tumatakbo ang engine. Pero dinala pa rin niya sa Prince motors sa commonwealth. They diagnosed that the belt tensioner is defective but not that serious yet so she can still use the car. Dinala pa nga niya sa Tagaytay with that condition. The part was ordered by Prince motors. 2 weeks later they called my wife to get it replaced for free and under warranty. They don't have available belt tensioner at that time that's why it took 2 weeks to get the part. I just assumed the part came from Korea.

magkano kaya ang pa paint protection para sa +1 year old SF? I read it somewhere na mas mahal kesa brand new car.

Well, car owners who have their cars paint protected are satisfied with it (based on their posts). I guess a few thousand pesos is not so bad to protect your 1.5M investment. Siguro tingnan na lang muna natin difference ng naka paint protect car sa Feb 23 EB before going for it.

Hi guys, im really very confuse as of now, my fortuner was suppose to come out last december '07, but due to the thread that i have read about Santa fe, up to now i still don't know what to get please help, planning to go to Hyundai quezon ave today to check it out, like what i did with fortuner and captiva, still my heart stops when i see a fortuner. hope i can get a reply. thanks

CRDi din po....
siguro may konting difference- kasi yung average consumption mo ay based sa every full tank consumed

my average is based every 300 to 400 kms travelled(full tank refill-automatic-same gas station and pump),plan to achieve a 20kms/li average someday para tumigil na ko sa pag full tank,my best so far is 16kms/li,lowest was 7kms/li

try mo 200 to 300 kms then full tank (do it twice) and see if same results

*very often naka tingin ako sa rpm and always maintain a 2k max if possible

i dont know if i will recommend it...
maybe i'm wrong but my expectation is that it will lessen or remove water marks .....
kala ko kasi wala ng kakapit na water marks after treatment
better din siguro meron lalo na for those who never wax their car at least monthly
i regularly wax my car 2 to 3 times a week..ganado pa dahil bago..hehehe

nakakita pala ako ng RED santa fe nagtataka ako kung nagbebenta ba ng gantong kulay mukang wala naman sa casa a red na red talaga, try ko picturan kung na timingan ko ulit malapit lang samin nakatira e hehe
