The things that you mentioned are the usual freebies na ibinibigay. I think you're better off if you opt for 3M tint although you need to shell out a bit.

While it will be cheaper to buy an alarm outside, it would be better to have your power locks installed with them coz they have the experience in putting an actuator at the tailgate. I think it will cost you about 1,600 for the power locks installation.

lance420: Nagpaservice ka ba sa Wheels last week... I got my unit there and at the service area (2nd floor), may nakita akong getz (manual, silver) na walang side mirror.. Kung hindi ikaw yun... dalawa na kayong ninakawan.

For those who have a/t... tama ba 8 kms/liter lang... this is my first full tank and reading...

I will try to have it read again... kapapalit ko lang ng mags... baka may improvement.

Fellow Getzers who are planning to get (synthetic) leather seat covers:

A friend had a set of american leather seat covers for 4.5K. The shop's name is Hot Seat located at Binan (in front of Kid Audio)... he mentioned na meron din branch sa Muntinlupa (di nga lang nya alam kung saan banda).

Nagtanong ako kay Mang Romy ng Seat Mate (near Mandaluyong City hall, tel 532 2104 or 531 1299), 3.95K per set raw ang singil nila sa Getz... i'm still thinking of going there, dito kasi ako sa south so medyo sasadyain ko pa kung sa Seat Mate ako papagawa.. but the good thing is, they also do steering wheel wrap for 1.8K (genuine leather) while-you-wait yan.. 3 hours yata, kaya kung makapag decide na ako na magpalagay din nito, baka masulit ang byahe ko

You can get the covers after 3 days on both shops.

My father-in-law's Pajero was in a head-on collision with a Getz last month. I was impressed with the Getz. Although the front was a total mess, the cabin area was intact. Please see the picture below
