im planning to buy this car. i read your posts alreaddy, but i still have questions (baka na-miss ko sa posts ung mga answers to my questions kc one-sitting ko lang tinapos 1-36pages haha)

ano po ang makina ng 1.1 getz? fuel-injected ba to? gas or diesel?
may stock pa kaya nito ngayon? thanks!

afaik, the 1.1 are sought after and in short supply. But call hyundai branches in the metro to be sure. A particular dealer will speak only of their own stock/supply. so call another. Getz is gas EFI.

You may also want to ask the dealer when will the facelifted model will coming to our shores. If it will only take a couple of months, I think it will be better if you could wait for them. I think aside from the new headlamps, the new Getz would also have some revised engines which are more efficient.

Fellow getzers, any comments on the quality of undercoating/rustproofing
at gas stations? According to ventoy, P2000 sa TOTAL, while at hyundai makati,
its P4500. I'm sure the 3M undercoat is great, im worrying about the prep work
(the washing and drying part).

Hello fellow drivers, my first post here and a proud driver(not owner) of a 1.3GL AT Getz.

It really is a fuel-efficient car and I've managed to drive it up to 145kph at the NLEX, I was even surprised to find that I was cruising that speed at around 2700rpm.

The interior feels too plastic though, but overall you do get what you pay for, it's roomy inside, cargo space at the back is sufficient for 15 grocery bags.

Hi Ratchet.... congrats on ur your new ride... medyo konti lang ata tayong naka a/t.. mostly m/t na 1.3 or 1.1... How efficient ang kotse mo.. mine got an average of 9-10 km/l combine city and highway... Yung odometer ko nasa 500 kms pa lang...

So far, for our 1.3 MT will soon be reaching on its 1st PMS 1000Km. I think It's good to have Synthetic Oil for this Car considering 2.15 liters lang ang Oil Capacity Using MOBIL 1 0-40w, I hope it wil help to improve its fuel consumption

I also inquired about body kits from some shops medyo madugo presyo.My getz ( black ) is in the shop right now having some modifications on the front bumper, side skirts and rear spoiler. Its cheap but i hope the quality is ok. I'll update you once its finish. Marami kasi nagpapagawa dito nakita ko yung last project nila black altis full body kit, parang kabit sa casa. Perfect young mga corners and most important hindi wavy kahit saan angle mo tingnan.Next time ko na lang sabihin kung pwede ko irecommend itong shop. I'll just post pictures or better kung makita mo actual yung sasakyan. Im expecting it to be done before friday.

Thanks a lot 777, it's a good news for me kasi I inquired in one shop really madugo I cant imagine that OEM bodykit as they say, talagang namamahalan ako. Mud guard yata sa GOLD RICH less than P2T 4pcs sa Banaue Baka meron rin siguro silang bodykit di ko pa napasyalan, dami rin nilang custumer just look for Bing, Hope somebody can inquire I forget the Tel. no. basta walang ibang GOLD RICH sa BANAUE
