good day to all, my black getz is for pick up this thursday at q. ave. just would like to know if the US Gila tint (default) for getz is ok, i considered the medium shade. ok ba choice ko?? need reply asap....thanks.

In Hyundai E. Rod you can get 3M tint but you have to add a bit (pwede na as its still cheaper then getting your own). Don't use Gila...

yung keyless entry/alarm. pwede silang separate no?

ewan ko kung tama dinig ko, pero P1,300 na lang yata yung powerlocks sa makati,

Galing lang me ng hyundai Q. ave. yesterday ang ang door locks na ini install nila is Y2K brand ( 4 actuators lang ), excluded yung sa rear door.

Medyo hassle nga kasi dapat for pick up today yung getz ko. Ni request ko is yung sub-zero which is dapat yung standard na kinakabit nila. Keyless entry with immobilizer na yun.

Anyway mukhang accomodating naman sila...make sure lang emphasize mo 5 doors dapat ang lagyan....

3 weeks nga pala processing nila ng plate no? ganun din ba sa inyo?

I was told to get a new receipt or invoice every week para pwede
pa din magamit ang car. mahina nga yata talaga ang hyundai sa LTO.
yung brod ko kumuha din ng car from mazda, but he was assured
of 5 working days may plaka na. what's with hyundai?

Ako din ganyan din ang experience ko. I got my car sa Pampanga as I've already had past dealings with this car company (Laus Group) and based on my experience noon, 1 week lang tapos na. But this time it took them almost 4 weeks as they say that HARI is taking long before they could give the documents they need.

Test Drive ako last saturday ng Getz, yung unit na ginamit ko yung 1.3, yung high end nila na naka dress up, based on my experience may singaw at mejo mahina breake (same as my korean daewoo cielo), acceleration ok naman, aircon not appealing kailangan naka set sa 2 para lumamig.

were still thinkng if were gonna buy getz, but compare to picanto i would go to getz 1.1 cost 419K pwedeng pang tawaran 415K same price picanto power windows at mas specious compare sa picanto.

its not unusual sa mga brandnew cars, usual lang na 1st 1K km na malakas ang consumption ng sasakyan after pag fully used na yung engine talagang nag de-decrese na yung consumption i think kasi bago mga parts nde pa nde pa smooth yung mga galaw ng mga mechnical parts.

based kasi sa mga reviews kong nakita ganun mga sinasabi ng mga dealer nila, even sa bnew motorcycle ganun din ang nangyayari.

the drop from 13.5 to 8.5 without any known reason is very unusual, but more unusual e un walang nakitang problema sa ride (they've not even recommend your car to get tuned up). if you've been driving the same way (same weight/ AC set up/ rpm) on both of those times, dapat nga magtaka ka kung bakit bumaba ng husto un km/liter mo.

for the 14 km/l on highway driving, I've experienced na ganun din ang nangyari sa ride ko (vios nga lang). kapag ordinary driving lang ako ave 80-100 kph, best mileage ko is 14 km/l, nung punta ko north via NLEX (same speed as yours more or less) I got 17 km/l. pero still, stick ako sa 80-100 kph, 14km/l is already decent, masasave ko pa ang engine ko.

Why did you get VIOS 1.3J? Mas sure ka pa sa quality and the engine is a VVT-i?

Toyota and Honda (in case somebody will suggest it) are out of the question... We prefer an a/t car... The vios 1.3 j has no a/T option....


Back to my question? Did we get a better deal with what I mentioned?

Its quite a surprise that Wheels E Rod gave you that kind of a deal. Baka siguro iba ang group na naghahandle sa Hyundai brand or baka they got a lot of flak. Kasi noon grabe ang mga iyan noong kalagitnaan na malakas yung Kia Picanto!
