saw the getz on the way to megamall kahapon. ung porma, design-wise, medyo conventional ang dating. then again, i'm not really a fan of the newer body designs, e.g. picanto

While the Getz's styling is a bit conservative as compared to Picanto, I think mas maganda siyang bihisan compared to the latter. Lagyan mo ng 14" or 15" alloy wheels, ok na ang tindig nung Getz. Unlike the Picanto, I think you need to lower it to enhance yung stance niya.

I saw a Picanto na naka 14" wheels kahapon and mukhang naka lift siya.

I saw 3 units of GETZ being tested by media today at the NLEX : red, blue and gray.

AFAIK, both Kia and Hyundai are under one umbrella now...

The dealers were already advised about the price increase when Getz was launched. Once the first 300 batch has been sold, the next batch would be priced at P449k.

Meron bang mounting for license plate sa likuran yung Getz? I'm about to get my license plate and it seems that there are no holes to put the screws in.

My dealer said that they will be the one to put on the plate once available. This is because, they will need to drill holes where the plate can be mounted.

Don ko din naman sa kanila kunin ang plate so oks lang dahil isang byahe lang..

hmmm...where do they intend to drill the holes, sa body mismo? so strange, the holes should be standard on any car...

Mukhang ganun! I opened the tailgate last night with the hope that the holes were only covered. No luck! It seems that I have to drill a hole at the back. The bumpers, meanwhile, have a provision. I'll just have to remove the paint that covers them.

im getting a black getz next week, ano ba bagay na tint?ok kaya super black or magic tint? how about wheels? im thinking of putting size 15 mags with 195/55/15 tires. Not yet decided on the color - chrome? gun metal? bronze? or plain alloy? Decided lang ako on 5 spokes or more type of wheels. thanks

finally, I got my license plates. Now, same problem as you people... how to mount the plates. provide ba ng hyundai yung screws for mounting? kse the front have holes alright, i can mount the plates right away, but i don't have the screws. Would any screw/nut&bolt do? meanwhile, nasa windshield muna plaka ko. For the rear mount, kelangan ko na talaga pumunta sa casa.

btw, nawala tunog ng busina ko, meron ba nangyari ganito sa inyo.
earlier, intermittent operation nya, pero later totally nawala na talaga.
sabay ko na lang to sa 1K pms.

common problem na yang sa busina. Mahina naman din kasi tunog nyan kaya suggestion ko bili ka na lang sa labas 750 lang sa ace hardware ang bosch tapos pakabit mo na lang.Pwede rin magnum maganda rin tunog nun para di ka isnabin ng mga jeep and bus driver pag nagigitgit ka na. :flush:

Usually, kasama dapat yung screws kasi pag deliver sa iyo yung plate mo ay yung temp plastic w/ name of your casa. I suggest you bring it to your casa asap to install your plates properly and have your horn checked, baka mapag tripan ka ng mga enforcers pag sa windshield lang

Diba dapat dealer mo maglalagay ng license plate?
Yung plate ko kadarating lang din ngayon, sa saturday ko na ipakakabit kasabay ng 1k service. Tsaka yung screw binigay skin kasama ng manual.
