thanks parakito. it's a 4 speed matic running on 16" mags and 50 series tires.
i guess it all depends on your tires, i think yours have smaller rims and tires. dont forget that the tyre profile and rim diameter will alter the speedo![]()

anyways ang pinakamagandang nadiscover about this accent crdi is the fuel consumption
after 4 days and running more than 500 kms. already ( 2 times ako nag manila-dau for break in )
12-15 km/l city driving
19-20 km/l nlex driving

nakasakay na ako sa 6m/t ng pinsan ko, umuwi kami pangasinan. grabe nga umarangkada :D running at 120-130kph 6th gear * 1950-2050rpm, fuel returns sa odo niya is 4-4.1/100. so that's around 24-25km/l if i'm not mistaken sa calculation. sabi niya around 4.4.-4.6 naman kapag nasa city.

wow nag 120-160 na siya. sayang naman sana hindi muna nya binirit para maganda break in. ako i followed my 80-100 break in rule. and so far with the 4 other brand new cars i had hindi sila nagka problema.
i guess okay lang naman basta dont stay on a specific gear and kilometer speed...hwag babad sa more than 100k ng matagal...pasundot sundot lang...maganda yan for modern cars na hindi binebaby ang engine...and dont forget to cool down before engine off specially after long hway drives...
kung 2012 lumabas to crdi accent yan sana binili ko hehehe.. kaso late na eh.. sayang..
kahit saan itapat may laban talaga
ako this is what i do medyo mabobore ka nga lang
takbo up to 80 then gradually increase to 90 then 100 pag palo 100 back down to 90 then 80 then repeat again. stay around 20-30 secs seconds in every interval![]()
consider din na we're running only on smaller 14" rims and wheels, compared kay sir snoot's set of 16"s. there's 3 of us inside. 2 pinsan ko at ako and 3 medium sized bags.
Maganda yung white na naka-display sa gateway, sayang late na lumabas.
for me kapag nakuha ko na unit ko nito, i'd break it in by drving it how i normally would.. tamang andar, medyo spirited at times. kita mo naman sa video sa earlier pages, semi-broken in na yan.wala pa naman ako kailala na, nagkadepekto sasakyan nila dahil hindi sinunod yung tmaang pag-break-in
actually it's ok to break in your car at high speeds.....magiging lapat na lapt yung seals and rings with the piston but it's not adviseable to local cars due to warranty purposes. sa US ok lang kasi if nag break down or sumabog yung makina mo papalitan kaagad, dito sa atin hindi at masyado mahabang proseso pa.
If you blow a motor due to abuse, they'll give you the run-around there, too.
Occasionally pushing the engine is good for it. A friend relates that when a certain car company sells old company cars, employees usually pick media test units first (yeah, yeah... any suspension damage is repaired first) because the engines are better broken in and make more power.![]()
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
yup better be safe than sorry
imagine all the hassle you'll go through
