Front upper grille with Hyundai logo ang horizontal chrome bar, definitely not the ones sold by HARI. Matagal na ko naghahanap ng ganung assembly, wala ako makita piyesa

Yung 1.8 GLS na ginamit ko may horizontal chrome bar yung Hyundai logo sa upper grill. Very similar sa posted picture.
Ang hindi lang chrome ay yung 3 horizontal lower grills. But yung base ng lower grill naman ang chrome.
Accessorised na kasi from casa yun ng ginamit ko, kaya baka nadgadag nalang yun. May chrome garnishing narin kasi yung front at back lights, at may window visor na.

Yung sa first image, na continuous horizontal chrome ganun yung logo sa elantra na ginamit ko.
Yup , mukha ngang mas maganda dating nung sa second image.

Its the normal GLS trim. Didn't add anything for the DVD/GPS. Lui (also a forum member) was the one who offered me the promo unit. We were about to get the Accent and Elantra from greenhills when he PM'ed me for a better deal.

Any care to post a DIY with pics on how to add the inner lights (near the plates) of the rear lights?

Standard feature daw ng N. American version na elantra na mag-auto lock pag engage ng "drive." Not sure if its the same here and hindi lang nagfu-function yung sa akin or talagang wala tayo ng ganitong feature dito. I'm just saying this kasi i always need to consciously lock the doors kapag aandar na ako for safety reasons and medyo awkward sya gawin pag madilim dahil hindi illuminated yung button at kailangan ka pa mangapa. i find it distracting to do while driving. they should have at least made it illuminated like the power window buttons kung hindi nila ginawang auto-lock. this is my one gripe with my elantra... the other one is that hindi nila ginawang standard ang GLS HU tulad ng kay t43m4n... kakainggit.. he he... :D very good deal for you sir t43m4n...magkano kaya ang magpa-upgrade ng tulad sa inyo.. maganda sya kasi integrated yung unit sa dash.

Oh wow, super inggit ako sa head unit nyo sir. Are you sure you got this included as stock in your P938K 1.8 Elantra w/o extra charge? Baka naman mas mahal siningil nila sa inyo (or na carry over as hidden charges yung patong sa monthly).

Kung ganito lang kasi head unit included sa 1.8 Elantra during the time when I purchased (w/o extra charge), e di hindi na sana ako nagpa-awat kay misis sa 1.8 when she insisted na mag manual 1.6 nalang ako. Garmin ba sir ang GPS niyan or AVT?

Baka kayang ipa-program sa casa yang auto lock feature. The current GS models have that feature deactivated. Kelangan mo pang hingin kay casa na ipa-auto lock.

you can always add an add on alarm like mine, you will have autolock via brakes, shock alarm, auto lock after 30 secs when left unlock, and you still use your orig keyless entry

how about insurance? free ba? chattel? usually this kind of Hu sells for 30+ k sa banawe, reference yun tucson. but right now wala pa sa banawe ang elantra, insurance cost about 28 k w aog, lto 10 k, tpl 4k, hindi kaya promo ng bank to? once kasi nag karoon ng promo na libre gps sa bpi ata. besides na trade in yun orig HU which may cost around 10 to 15 k din, so if iam to choose, i would go to free insurance+ lto+tpl would accumulate to 42k + nasakin pa yun orig HU. what rate did the bank gave you?
