Any cons of running 205/50/16's?

that is a significant increase in the overall circumference of the wheel which will definitely affect your speedo and Odomoter reading. My experience with my previous car is that it will cause your odometer to read lower by at least 10% (example is if you run an actual distance of 99 kms the reading would only be around 90 kms). anybody please correct me if you find this posting erroneous as it was my observation from my previous car.

choosing bet 16 and 17 mags. friend of mine told me that mas mahal ang gulong ng 16? and ang ride nman daw ng 16/195/50 is same as 17/45? tamo po ba? btw. im not going to install a lowering spring and the likes. many thanks

Not a fan of LED's. Just stick to filament bulbs/HID's for easier modifications.

i already have 6k hid and white led park lights, just think this would be a nice twist for the accent since i have no fogs yet eh

btw, I just installed Philips Xtreme Vision....bought it for 2,200K (ouch, mas mura sa banawe pero no time) at one of the car shops beside Alabang Town Center. Pag gabi kasi para akong bulag mag-drive dahil sa tint ko. Pero after magkabit, lumiwanag na. Masarap na mag driver pag gabi.

1. how do you install it? papalitan lang ba yung bulbs then yun na? pano yung mga watts etc..?
2. is it white in color? or still yellow
3. mavvoid ba warranty? kasi pag ballasts hid plug and play kaya hindi mavvoid thank you

i heard kasi na wala na syang glare. eh kawawa naman pag naka hid tapos not retrofitted kaya wanna try this out sana thank you!

heheheh, ito sana bibilhin kasi nakabili na ako ng springs. But I ordered a Mixed offset for this, +42 on front, +38 on rear. +38 kasi tingin ko tatama na sa fender lining yong gulong pag may pasahero sa rear. nakuha kong springs, 35mm drop. it's around 2 finger gap siguro...

But kung ako sa 'yo, Lowering springs na lang, tapos pa negative camber mo ng konti. Oh di aggressive na aggressive na yong accent mo.. Yon nga lang, patay tayo sa maintenance ng gulong. Because if you set your camber to negative, it is certain that you'll have an uneven tire wear..[/QUOTE

Correct me if I'm wrong. AFAIK kung mas positive ang mags then mas pasok siya sa loob kaya di sasayad sa fender. so the +38 offset would bring the mags more towards the fender area kaya mas sasayad. dapat siguro +42 or more para sa likod para pasok sa fender.

yup 4300php bi xenon hid hi and low na 6000kelvin and then plug and play lang siya with ballasts

ok lang ba sa casa kung ipa-body color ko yung door handle? di ko trip yung black...white pa naman yung kotse

But, para pulido ang pagkatrabaho, tanggalin mo yong handles, w/c definitely sa case ng accent, you need to remove the door trims to access the mounting bolts.

Seriously? Using the online tire size calculator, it only shows a 1.8% difference for the speedometer reading -- that I understand; as far as odometer reading, I don't get how tire size would be affected since it measures distance.

I'm simply wondering if I'd have any issues with the wheels hitting the fender line at any point.

The odometer measures distance by wheel rotation, there is lesser wheel rotation on a larger wheel/tire combo than stock traveling the same distance. Hence odometer readings are also affected.

guys would you know kung meron ngang accent gold? may mga nakikita kasi ako na may gold emblem. i dnt know kung nilagay lang. (saan kaya nakakabili ng gold emblem)
