I've read an article about this Genesis Coupe. It was compared with a Japanese sports car twice its price. The result was suprising. Hindi nagkakalayo ang performance nila. Each edging the other at different points of comparison.

It depends on the mileage too.
A Hyundai Sonata is as generic as a midsize gets.
A 2006 V6 model sold around $20k-$21k brand new. I got my 2006 V6 back in 2005 for $19k.
I checked around various used car dealerships. Currently, a used 2006 V6 model with 65987miles/106196km sold for ~$10k-$11k.
Low-mileage ones sell better such as a 2006 V6 with 30055miles/53197km which sell for ~$12k-$13k.
Plus, whatever extra deals that came with the car such free oil changes or gas transfers over to the new owner.
I'd imagine the sportier nature of the Genesis Coupe should give it a bit higher resale value.Last edited by Jun aka Pekto; August 7th, 2009 at 07:37 PM.
I don't have proof but it seems like the CRV shrank from the previous generation.
