SFR reflash tour is on Feb 19 and 20. It will be held in Autoplus along EDSA.

We'll start around 9am. Anyone who has a GC and wants a reflash, please come through.

The price for reflash is $450. This is for canned tune. Canned tune is good for anyone who's car is stock or have minor mods like exhaust, filter, headers and FMIC for turbo ones. This will only take about 20 to 30 mins max. You can choose to dyno if you wanna see your gains which is P2,500 for 3 runs.

For custom tune, it's $300 plus $150 per hour of tuning. This is advised for GC that have intake manifolds, turbo upgrade and boosting more. The Dyno for this will be P5,000 pesos since the tuning will be done there.

Hope to see you guys there! I've had the reflash for about 4 months and i love every minute of driving my car. So don't miss out! You won't get this chance much. If you want this, please remember we only accept USD and not Peso.

Hi guys! Sorry about the dates i posted. I just got a message from Jay*SFR and he said no flight available on Feb 18-20. So now tentatively, it's set on March 4-6. That means the tuning will be done on March 5 & 6. I'll confirm with you guys again when it's final. Thanks!

Good morning guys! I just spoke to Jay and Autoplus.

My initial plan was to let the reflash guys go ahead on Sat and the custom tune guys on sunday. Sadly, Autoplus is closed on sundays. So we'll have to change the plans.

Also, we can't do the reflash in Autoplus since we will be a lot and the shop doesn't have much space. So we need to get an open parking lot. Anyone has suggestions for an open parking lot nearby which we can use for free?

If we don't i can suggest that we rent my friends playground in FTI complex where we practice drifting on sunday. I asked for discount so if we do rent it, i'll have to charge P800 per person. Good thing here is, right after the reflash, you can try your car in the playground. If you wish to drift also you are free to do so. Only problem here is you can't dyno your car right away for those who want it.

Jay has to leave on the following monday. I'm pretty sure his flight will be late night so we can most probably still dyno and he can fix anything IF anything goes wrong. I highly doubt anything will go wrong though.

So for now, the schedule will be March 5, (sat) for custom tune guys at Autoplus. That will be Ian, MMMickey and myself. This needs to be done on the Dyno.

Then for the other 9 or 10 reflash guys, it will be done on March 6 (sun) in FTI complex in Bicutan (which is right off C5 so it's not far at all. 10 mins from fort) with P800 rent fee per person getting the reflash. Unless someone can lend us a space.

Also, Jay is a bit worried about the payments. I trust that we all have integrity to make the payment. The rule is that you need to PAY IN DOLLARS BEFORE JAY STARTS TO WORK ON YOUR CAR.

Anyone knows how much a 2009 Genesis Coupe is worth nowadays? I don't see any in the classifieds so I'm curious.

It's an A/T 3.8L V6 (non-Brembo) with 7,000++ kms. Car is completely stock and still has 3+ years warranty. Never been tracked also.

Guys, is it true that the GC will have a face lift this year? I heard rumors about a face lift being planned by Hyundai. I was also wondering to those who bought the 2011 GC last year (the one with the black interior) what month did you make your purchase? I'm just concluding that the new version might be introduced at the same time .

With news that a CRDI hatchback accent would be introduced this year, things are getting hard to decide. But I guess if one gets delayed I might settle for the car that's earlier released if not then...
