try mo muna pa scan, baka may stored codes yan to check.. yung sa kia carens ng tropa hindi naka ilaw yung check engine, pero pag scan may stored code na faulty crankshaft position sensor..
nung palitan ng crankshaft position sensor, ganun pa din ang error.. yung mechanic sa kia, pinabaklas yung injection pump tapos dinala pa sa bosch service center..
after ganun pa din problem, ayaw mag start ng ayos tapos mausok pag umandar..
dinala sa mekaniko ko, nag trace sya ng error.. wala makita tapos pina scan nya ulit sa iba naman, crankshaft position sensor pa din..
ginawa bumili ulit ng isa pang sensor.. ayun umayos na.. it turns out sira din yung isang binili kahit brand new
have you checked yung suction control valve? nasa main fuel pump yan..
ok naman yung inlet metering valve, normal naman yung sasakyan kapag naka idle, matining pa yung makina, one click lang pagstart ng engine sa umaga. problema lang talaga pag pinatakbo na yung sasakyan ilang seconds lang bigla na sya mag low power, ayaw tumaas sa 2000rpm parang hesitant na mag-move forward, tapos mausok kapag pipilitin tapakan accelerator, after few minutes ok ulit sya pero magbubuga muna maitim na usok.
check your turbo hoses. baka may hose na maluwag. all the hoses from the turbo to the intercooler and to the engine intake manifold. pag may isang maluwag dyan hindi talaga makakabirit yan.
re black smoke, sign na kapos sa hangin. since walang error code, pag hindi turbo hoses yan, e baka turbo na. may mga binebentang starex crdi vgt turbo cartridges sa carousell.
black smoke ha hindi gray? pag gray baka barado dpf mo. how is your driving routine? baka pure city, walang highway? you may need to burn out your dpf.
nacheck ko na mga turbo hoses at fittings, ok naman walang maluwag at walang oil leak, pinacheck ko na din sa mekaniko yung turbo at egr nung pinalinis ko last week, ok din naman good pa naman. nalinis ko na din yung MAF sensor.
nagtroubleshoot ako kagabi, ganun pa din bigla nawalan ng power tapos hirap umakyat sa 2000rpm at nanginginig and mausok, pero kapag itinabi ko at naka idle ok naman yung engine maganda naman yung idle.
ang ginawa ko tinanggal ko yung power connector ng MAF sensor, ok na yung takbo nya at di na nagvibrate at di na mausok, pero ayaw tumaas sa 3k rpm, parang nakalimit lang sya sa 3k rpm. suspek ko yung MAF sensor, umorder na ako ngayon hintay ko na lang dumating. sana yun na nga ang problema, ang hirap kasi kapag intermittent yung problema.
yes sir bihira lang magamit yung GS, tapos pag gagamitin short trip lang.

sir ok na GS ko, stuck up yung EGR valve, hindi maayos yung pagkagawa nung nagpalinis ako ng egr at intercooler, pati intercooler hose pilipit din, nag assume ako na ok yung EGR kasi bagong linis lang, di ko alam na palpak yung gawa, mabuti magaling yung natawag ko na mechanic, pag start pa lang alam na agad yung problema.
