my guesses:
1. in-efficient fans.
a. perhaps it is time to replace the electric aux fans.
b. time to re-charge the direct-drive clutch fan material (silicone?)
2. clogged radiator.

Thanks on this. Will have these checked siguro next week.

Dami naman issue netong GS namin. haha. Good luck pa sa 'warranty' ni HARI.

sir yung pag inapakan mo young clutch pedal tumitigas sya and medyo may delay ang pag angat nya sa normal position.. na experience ko po ito pag natratraffic and naka idle ang sasakyan for a time.. pero pag napahinga sya normal naman ang operation

this is new to me... hydraulic clutches should be foolproof..
let's see..
check clutch pedal free play, po.
then there's the clutch assembly inside the housing.. deformed? perished bearing? opening her up is the only solution to me..
perhaps someones out there can provide experiential solution.

how come if im not in traffic and the van is moving.. the clutch pedal is operating normally. this problem will start when the van is idle for a time ( i think 15mins ) and im getting stuck in traffic.. and if the problem worsen ill just shut off the engine and let it cool off for an hour.. then it will operate again normally.

is the new starex clutch still the traditional one? or is it now also power-assisted?
if traditional, i'd probably discard the temperature angle. the problem sounds mechanical.
let's see... may tumutukod kaya sa pidal?... is the master cylinder ok? what about the slave cylinder?.. if these are all ok....
i am afraid you might have to open up the transmission housing..

if, however, your trans is cable-operated, i suggest you replace the cable.

sir paki check ang drive belt & pulley ng alternator baka di umikot ng maayos. nasa rear ng alternator ang vacuum pump para sa hydro-vac ng preno. suspetsa ko dyan ang problema. HTH

sagot ko po para sa brake problem.

Ooh man... Is this sticky clutch problem only experienced on the vgt variant????

Our company ride is tci and our driver has not complained anything similar to this so far....

yan ang na encounter namin noon... kung gusto mo sir pa check mo muna yung hydrovac(brake booster) nakakalas naman yan..mas maganda sir dun sa may special tools o may pangkalas talaga.

ah talaga, meron tumitingin ng hydrovac?,,, sir may alam ka ba kung saan ? taga Las Pinas area ko,, salamat

Sir yun mga brake po kasi over time dumudumi sa loob lalo pag summer time tapos pag rainy season na at nadaan nyo sa baha yan nag clo-clog na yun mga residue sa preno kaya nag stuck up yan. You need to get your brakes cleaned po. Bubuksan po lahat preno at lilinisin to free up all the moving parts inside pati palitan kung may dapat palitan na mga rubber parts at yun mga pads if needed.

sir bago na lahat ng brake pad,at binombahan ng hangin lahat ng disc brake harap likod, pero pag nag pa bleed ako ipapasama ko linis lahat ng preno,, salamat sir,,

1. check your brake booster tubing connections. baka may tulo.
2. check the compressor that powers the booster.
3. bleed your brakelines, po. baka may hangin na nag-expand kapag uminit at nag-retract pag lumamig.
4. check brake pedal free play. baka halos wala, kaya laging naka-partial depress kahit hindi ina-apakan.
5. check slave cylinders and adjacent lines. baka may partial-one way bara.
6. check brake shoes. baka loose na ang lining at na-i-ipit..
7. check master cylinder. baka kailangan nang palitan ang mga goma sa loob.

whew! that's the entire brake system...
