It's a 7-inch China made media player with built-in GPS. Maganda lang ang ginawang enclosure kaya nagmukhang OEM.

    re:suspension
pag nagpalit ka ng bendix ay malaki ang mawawala sa kalampag. okay naman performance nya.
2009 GS VGT owner here, low mileage (23t kms). I noticed ma kalampag ang front suspension especially on the right side when running over cement roads. Brought it to Hyundai Pasig and they said lubrication lang ang kulang. After a couple of days, bumalik and kalampag. What could be the real problem here? Is this a warranty issue?

Same problem. Just noticed it when my wife drove and tested the improvement for our chip upgrade.

i also brought it to various hyundai dealerships. told them to check the stabilizer links etc. they told me nothing was wrong and just needs re-tightening.. then, after a few days of use, the same kalampag sound would be back..
having owned 4 hyundais already(2000 starex jumbo, 2006 tucson, 2010 getz and 2009 GS) they all have this kalampag issue.. really irritated me especially on long drives. hayz.
though in our GS, the kalampag sound lessened when we changed it to bendix break pads. but now, the brake discs are on the fritz.. i think this is a common issue among GS owners.

has anyone upgraded their suspension or put in spring cushions? did the kalampag lessen or even eliminated?

My bad...our GS only has 13,000 kms on the odometer pala and yet I have another issue with our unit - outside polluted air still manages to get inside even if the A/C recirculation is on. I hope when I bring in our unit for its 15T kms service, Hyundai can fix this problem as well as the suspension kalampag.

Keep us updated bro, kung ano na ang nangyari sa iyong issues sa GS... Ours just passed 10KKm, after a little over a year of owning it... So far, no major issue for me....

Finally shifting over from a Gen 3 GRX to a Gen 4 GS Gold unit. I say 'finally' coz the Gen 3 buyer, a friend of mine, took the unit away from me last night and brought the GS over. Prior to that, the GS had been a new design in my parent's garage. Hehehe!

Truth be told, I was enjoying the Gen 3, for its just right size and flexibility, which is why I was delaying the inevitable. But when the GS's plates arrived, my friend couldn't wait to get his hands on the Gen 3, so he offered to bring the GS over.

I'm pretty daunted by the size of the GS. Have had an Expedition in the past, and that's about as big as the GS, but that was a while ago. Been too spoiled with the Gen 3 since. Hehehe!

Moving on, before I use the GS more often, since I think it doesn't make as much sense to use alone, unlike the Gen 3, gotta get the front plates installed, louder horn put in, and tint. Exciting kamot. Hopefully by tomorrow.
