Thanks for the feedback arms. Sorry to hear about your disappointment. Medyo malakas talaga ang FC during the first few thousand kms. Wait after your 1000km PMS. Brake-in period pa yan, so the engine isn't as smooth yet. Kung mineral oil ang stock ng i10, it might be good to upgrade to semi-synth during the 1000km PMS, then to full synth during the 5000km PMS, if your budget allows.

How about the other i10 owners? What's your current FC? C#*RD and rnab?

Hello! I feel for the other i10 owners who got shocked on how much fuel our little bundle of joy consumed. I filled my car with Petron XCS 2 weeks ago (Aug 30). So far, 3/4 of the gas has already been consumed and has ran approx 260km.

The i10's gas tank can carry 35L. If my calculations are correct, I'm running at approx 10km/L. I was expecting more than that.

I have yet to try the regular unleaded gas of Petron. I'll keep you updated on what my FC will be in a few weeks.

Don't expect a lot since its new it will surely improve though. You will be able to compute the actual km/l after you have top it off again.

how about the FC of i10? mazda 3 ko kase 8kms/liter lang ang e, mamaya meron ako demo (drive test) masusubukan ko si i10 hehehe

well seems that the i10 and the picanto have the same FC pero parang ang baba pa rin 11km/l city diving my nabasa ako vios 1.5l or 1.3l having the same FC? hmmmm. well sa picanto ko bumababa FC dahil sa XCS pero gumanda tunog ng machina naman. ive reach 13km/li sa regular unleaded.

1000km at 5000km po. Yung labor lang libre. Consumables may bayad pa rin.

You need to do change oil and casa PMS every 5000kms. This is a requirement for the 100,000km or 5 year warranty to remain valid.

Standard na yun sa lahat ng dealer?meaning after nun eh may bayad na ang labor?and kapag naman hindi nagpa-change oil and casa PMS eh mabo-void ang warranty?by the way,ano po yung PMS?
usually,anong ba covered ng warranty?nabanggit kasi sa akin eh basta hindi consumables.hindi ko kasi natanong ng detail dahil andito ako sa abroad at sa sobrang excited narin sa car.gusto ko lang po naman malaman eh yung standard na sakop ng warranty.yung windshiled ba eh kasama sa warranty?

I haven't tested the I10 FC yet since the engine is still in the break-in period guaranteed malakas pa consumption ng car, But I'm optimistic that I can reach good FC readings for my I10 manual transmission.

My I10's odometer reading is just 140+ km only it's still a long way to go before I reach my 1,000 Km service, But guaranteed I will post my FC once I reach 1,000 and 5000 Kilometers.

Recently nagawa ko nga sa xtrail 2.0 gas AT na 9.6 km/l for sure kaya ko din maka kuha ng magandang FC sa I10 manual transmission ko.

I'm using petron xtra unleaded for both cars.

I guess like any other companies that has warranty if manufacturing defect yung problema ng windsheild, covered siya ng warranty.

If accidental damage yung nangyari sa windshield that's were your insurance come's in.

...not sure kung ano exactly, pero iisa na lang ibig sabihin nyan, ipa-casa mo na.

Consumables are not covered, such as bulbs, fuses. Tama si C#*RD, na windshield is covered for manufacturer's defects. Ang pinaka important lang siguro sa warranty will be your engine, suspension, and your electricals.

May nakita akong i10 kahapon. Naliliitan ako parang Alto and QQ katapat nito rather than the Jazz.

the i10 is a lower model than the Getz. The i20 is the Getz replacement which looks way way better than the i10 design.

IMO i think the 1st gen Getz is a better value than the current i10. So kung may stock pa ng Getz...getz niyo na before it runs out.

Lakas naman.. parang 1.6 engine din pala consumption nito.

our old M/T crossover SUV does an 8km/liter on everyday city but not rush hour traffic. sobrang gas guzzler naman yan for a mini-car.

i'm hoping the i10 will give me 15km/liter up if I ever decide to get one. looks like observation mode muna
