This is manual computation (full tank auto stop one click get reading and liters drive - full tank auto stop one click get reading and liters then compute), I do not believe the OBC reading in our vehicles, whether its japanese or european vehicle, in my experience palagi overstated.

yes! finally! our jazz was released yesterday from the pasig casa - a truck hit it kasi. it was repaired for about 3 weeks (holy week holiday slow down). a new door was installed. it looks good as new. i just do not like the paint smell. hopefully it will disappear soon.

hi guys, sumayad ung GE ko last saturday sa gate namin.. Huhu... here is my concern, parang ang nipis ng pintura ng GE ko, konti lang ung sayad kc narinig ko agad. About 1 square cm, ang pinagtataka ko, natuklap agad ung pintura. as in natuklap. tapos nung kinapa ko, napakanipis ng pintura. parang wala man lang primer.. your opinion would be greatly appreciated.

My brother who was the one driving it going to school wasn't hurt naman. Thank God. It happened before holy week, the repairs took a bit longer to finish because of the holidays nga lang. I posted here pages back when some guys were talking about a Red car being takaw bangga hehe.

I've been lurking in this thread for several weeks now because I was having difficulty renewing my password. But finally I was able to log in today. I am also a GE owner, a 1.5 variant in pearl black, which I got in early November from the Makati dealership. So far my modifications have been all external, i.e., Modulo alloy rims, fog lights and rear spoiler.

same here sir... pansin ko k din na mejo manipis nga yung pintura nila... may tuklap na din GE ko sa hood sa nlex ata natalsikan and sa door ng driver nasanggi ata ng motor parehas tuklap...

What is FC and what is the benefit of knowing your FC?

Sana me sumagot para makarelate kaming mga walang alam sa car pa.

FC = Fuel Consumption. It's a function of Liters of fuel consumed per 100km traveled (L/100km)

FE= Fuel Economy. It's a function of kilometers traveled per Liter of fuel consumed (Km/L)

The display shown on the dashboard is FE. The ideal scenario is that as the driver, you keep the numbers as high as possible by adjusting your driving style. By keeping the Km/L high, you become more fuel efficient.

On the other hand, cars that have FC (L/100Km) readouts, should try to keep the numbers as low as possible.
