Honda is an international brand which have a reputation and image to protect. If they don't address your problem escalate to local and international media, anybody who is willing to hear your story.
You bought an expensive product, you should get your full money's worth.

Yun nga eh BRANDNEW nag bubbles agad. Una akala ko dagta lang kasi nag park ako sa ilalim ng puno. so pina carwash ko and pina wax. Sabi nung nag carwash nag bubbles daw ung paint. Hindi naman ako agad naniwala so pina check ko siya sa mga nag rerepaint. Then BOOM! bubbles nga.

Tama,- write a formal complaint letter to them. And in that letter, demand a meeting with the Branch Manager. And in that meeting, demand a replacement unit. (I did that with Honda Alabang about 7 years ago, but on a much more trivial thing....)
Bagung-bago,- may problema... Hindi tama iyan....
