tama sir dapat nag-file ka ng formal complaint or kinausap mo yung manager mismo kasi kung sa kanila ka lang din magrereklamo e balewala din. nakakainis nga yung ganyan, imagine pinabalik ka nang wala man lang nagawa sa auto mo...

*jeffcristobal, I've posted this thread in my facebook account and tagged both DTI and Honda Cars Philippines. You should really file a formal complaint. Honda is an international brand which have a reputation and image to protect. If they don't address your problem escalate to local and international media, anybody who is willing to hear your story.

You bought an expensive product, you should get your full money's worth.

Tama,- write a formal complaint letter to them. And in that letter, demand a meeting with the Branch Manager. And in that meeting, demand a replacement unit. (I did that with Honda Alabang about 7 years ago, but on a much more trivial thing....)

Bagung-bago,- may problema... Hindi tama iyan....
