Yup. The Branch Manager won't appear unless you insist.

I suggest bring a lawyer too, or someone who's old enough & very familiar with the law. Let him dress up neatly, with coat & tie preferably, then let him do the talking. Di ka seseryosohin if you go alone with very little knowledge about the rights you have especially if what you know is just to complain & complain & threat them that you would report to the DTi.

Tama nga si OB, sinabi niya sa isang thread, when you go to a dealer na parang paranoid ka and what you wear is just something pambahay-like lalo ka susubukan isahan ng dealer because you would appear vulnerable whereas if you dress up nicely with a companion that's very knowledgeable to boot, you'll be more respected.

Of course you need not hire a lawyer, kung may kakilala lang. You can even bring your dad along if you think he's already knowledgeable enough about your rights.

kunan mo ng pix at video as evidence then punta ka sa dealer mo pakita mo yung video at pix at the same time send ka letter sa customer_relations*hondaphil.com para mas mabilis ang action. pag medyo paikutin ka send a mail to dti consumer protection group at mas mabilis ang action

Might get a car from them soon.
    Are they still horrible?
If yes, any other dealer worth recommending for honda cars.

Anyway, hoping in this age of FB or internet reviews they have improved.
    Thanks.

Buying a new car from them should be a whirlwind thing, based on a few experiences I had with them.

In one occasion, after driving the [new] car for a few meters,- I returned it, as I was hearing something underneath the car...

It was already dark, but the Manager agreed to drive it around the block with me, and confirmed my observation.

Turned out to be a string that got entangled with one of the rear wheels. Then all is well....

Then, on another ride, I complained that the car hood is not closing properly. They sent their technician/s to our office and adjusted the hood.. No issue after that.

My last engagements with them were on the recall of the airbags. Was there twice,- no issue on the service...
