Suzuki swift 1.2 is 600-650k,
price guess of brio is 500-600k
wigo 450-550k
mirage 500-650k

If the price of the new Brio/Amaze touch the 600k mark, Swift 1.2 na lang ang bibilhin ko if hatchback, kung sedan naman Vios J na lang. Both cars are bigger and more substantial than the Brio/Amaze tandem.

para madali i-visualize.. the Brio looks more aerodynamic, and with lighter weight and bigger engine, will be faster. i bet it will be fun to drive around. nice to have if you drive solo most of the time or even with a partner. the Swift has bigger space though.

Mautak talaga Honda, dun nag pa test drive sa tagay tay highlands, kung saan mahirap umahon and 1.0-1.2 engines ng Wigo at Mirage.

Is it me or, wala pa kong nakikitang automotoive journalist na pinipintasan ang likod ng Brio Amaze? Samantalang nung sa Suzuki swift Dzire, lahat sila nag sabi na panget? eh iisa lang itsura nila?...Iba talaga clout at impluwensiya ng Honda....

it's a Honda, it'll definitely be in the 600k range, except for the lowest variant which could be in the high 500s range.

moreover, take note that it's a 1.3L 4cyl, unlike its competitors: the 1.0L 3cyl wigo or the 1.2L 3cyl mirage.

definitely, galing thailand din to. mas malayo ang india and walang ASEAN trade agreement, so mas mahal pa lalabas kung dun galing. ;)

price-to-space wise, better choice syempre ang vios or even the (non-ex) lancer. but it's aimed at people who prefer the tech toys over basic interior, as well those don't want very common cars.

I wonder if Toshio will hold true to his interview.

Toshio Kuwahara, HCPI President and General Manager - Kuwahara stressed that while Brio will compete in the small car category it will be priced above or closer to the P500,000 level as against competitors, which are selling at below P450,000 price points.
