Sa Subic sumusunod talaga ang mga tao sa traffic rules. The main problem is kahit na marami tayong laws eh they are not enforced naman. Puro suholan pa, kaya dumadami ang mga "hayop sa kalye". There isn't any will to enforce the laws here.:x
