The Philippine DMV should implement a proper training in getting a drivers license. Here in Abroad, we have the written driving test and the actual driving test.

When I went back home three years ago, I went to the local Philippine DMV to get a drivers license. I just showed them my California Drivers License and they already issued me a Philippine Drivers License.
