I think it boils down to respect. Too many people want to become "King of the Road": Jeepneys, Cars with Wang-Wang, Buses, Luxury Vehicles...

The problem really is that they tend to lack respect for other drivers... either that or they keep having diarrhea and really need to use the rest room fast!
