    Actually there are more "decent" motorcyclists now unlike before

    Since there are people who bought motorcycles not to go quickly, but to avoid public transport during the pandemic. An extra few minutes of travel time doesnt matter to them as long as theyre safe

    a common reason why the law is not diligently observed,
    is because there is no diligent apprehensio0n of the lawbrakers.

    there's the imaginary world where everybody follows the rules

    and there's the real world where everybody does what they want until certain behaviors become too unacceptable for the public and the government will be forced to crack down on those behaviors

    I ride my bike too on public roads.. share the road dapat.. bigayan.. may mga 4 wheels at motorcycle kasi abusado.. gusto lang mauna...bala ka dyan.. basta makalusot lang..

    Lalo na PUVs.. talagang haharangan ka pa sa bike lane para di ka makalusot..

    Mga motor naman, pag bigla nag stop, sabay cut sa bike lane..

    do the numbers of bicyclers-that-use-it, justify converting that one lane of a very busy roadway, into a bike lane?
