Which one are you?

Stating that "50% Cager and Biker = enlightened" is an example of false logic.

Previous premises, can/may still be interpreted as this...

IF, Let:
=> 100% cager = ignorant
=> 100% biker = ignorant
==> ignorant = x

Kung ipipilit natin yung (50% cager and 50% biker)...
==> ((x/2) + (x/2)) = x = w/c is still ignorant

Then if:
=> x + x = 2x
==> 2x = twice as ignorant


If we're going to argue about context and how the premises were used/stated, we should not forget that someone here used figures such as 100% and 50%, and the equal operator (=). This leaves as to literal logic interpretation.

Another advice... stop calling people stupid, ignorant, narrow minded, idiot, etc if you yourself can't handle being called as such.

One particular company driver of ours has a motorbike and drives the cars of the company i work for. Does he also qualify as enlightened??? He's pretty ignorant of road courtesy either way (i avoid riding with him as i feel one of these days, mababaril nalang siya on the road).

Feeling siguro nung company driver niyo MC din ung dala niya hehehehe. Mas mahirap ang transition from driving a MC to cars. Dala dala pa din ung driving habits sa MC.

On my way home, may nakita ako na accident Involving a bus and a motorcycle. the bad part was. the MC riders head was crushed by the wheels of the Bus.. Hindi ko po nakita yung mismong aksidente, yung aftermath lang po.

singit lang ng singit... di makapaghintay na umandar ang mga sasakyan. palagi gusto nasa unahan eh pag GO na ang signal - di naman umaandar agad!

maraming din MC drivers na hindi marunong gumamit ng signal light. they just turn whenever they want. sana naman maging defensive driver din sila.

You keep on accusing people of generalizing and keep on raising the term generalization (what for?! bakit?).
Do you even know the scope of the term, generalization? You even used statistics or statistical samples/measures.

Reviewing previous messages and forum pages (from page 19), you've generalized more (more frequent) than anybody here did in this thread.
You generalized your fellow riders, traffic enforcers, and of course those who don't use motorcycles.
Please read on "generalization," and while you're at it, look into fallacy of false cause too.

Btw, your statement here, in a way, can be considered as generalization: considering the readers and what's being discussed in this thread...

The dictionary IS my friend. But sadly knowing the dictionary and what the words mean doesn't equate to the proper use of the word in the right context.

If you indeed want to use conceive in such a way, "Conceive like a bicycle", then you must think an MC is just like a bicycle and should be used in the same way. You want them to use the MC like cars but also want it to be treated/viewed like a bicycle.

MC users who use their vehicles like bicycles are the ones who shouldn't be on the roads because they fail to see the difference between a bike and an MC. Cagers who see MCs as just motorized bicycles should be hit on the head with a paddle.
