Case in point? When you're getting out of a parking spot, there's always some *$ who tries to squeeze pass you (kahit alanganin na) to the point of counterflowing/blocking off the other lane.

Even simple PEDESTRIANS are guilty of this.

tama. nakakainis yung, for example, palabas ka ng parking slot. dirediretso parin yung pedestrian kahit alam nang umaatras ka. sayang oras kakatigil.

I had this incident while waiting for the green light. This rider tried to squeeze himself on my right side. Eventually, his handle bar sideswiped my rear view mirror. Deadma ang loko. Sa inis ko napababa ako yelling at him to be careful next time.

He waved in acknowledgement of his fault. The thing is, why can he just wait for a few seconds. Lahat naman naka stop at that time.

Mahilig sa "shortcut".

Dapat hindi.

Pero alam mo naman mga ibang pulis at moroncyclists (at mga pamilya) nila diyan, maghahanap ng mabintangan para maperahan.

Gagawin nila, babaguhin nila yung istorya para lalabas ikaw may kasalanan, tapos magpapaawa effect sa mga ibang tao.

Kaya ang best na panlaban mo diyan, may ebidensya ka na nagsasabi na ikaw yung biktima, at hindi yung gunggong na nakabangga sa iyo.

follow up question, pwede mo ba marefund yun bail? how about the damages, pwede mo ba habulin if ever ikaw ang binangga? im not sure kung ano procedure kasi kapag motorcycle ang nakadisgrasya sa iyo. kapag sasakyan kasi pwede mo pa-hold yun sasakyan hanggang ma-settle niya damages sa iyo.
