earlier at market2x coming from c5, I was in the middle lane waiting for the go signal when 3 riders stop on my right and when the green light lit up they suddenly swerve to the left going to market2x without even using their signal, good thing I didn't step on the gas right on because if I did I would've hit those 3 riders.

Ugali pa nila, liliko muna bago tumingin kung may kotse. Tanga talaga. Most riders would swerve their mc slowly to your lane expecting you to brake.

Or ganito, you're on the main road, then may mga small streets to your right, the typical (not all) motorcycle rider coming out from the small street won't bother to brake. Basta nalang papasok sa flow of traffic and force you to brake.

Then some of them, sila na nga mali, sila pa may gana mang dura sa kotse mo. Napaka squatter ng ugali diba? Dudumihan pa kotse ko e.

And those pictures above with the "tilted" plates, nakikiuso mga yan, napaka "criminal" ng dating, most likely pag naka bangga mga yan or gasgas tatakas agad yan. Why would they make the plates face upward, para hindi mahuli? tanga talaga nakakainis

I am very sure Big_daddy is reasonable enough to know that motorcycle riders do not intentionally plan to make other motorists' lives miserable. His phrase

is not an expression of a definitive fact; it's an illustrative exaggeration to emphasize one thing: that many riders are just too inconsiderate to other motorists, and don't care how their actions badly impact others. And this makes them stupid.

Note that the tone of conversation in this thread is casual. Heck, the entire forum is casual. No, we are not in an academic or professional setting where the language we use has to be extremely precise. In a casual setting, the interest is in the general theme of the topic; so words and phrases are loosely used. And that is accepted.

However, YOU gloss about this. You redirect the discussion to suit whatever agenda you have; and frankly speaking, based on the tone of your previous posts, this is your agenda: to discredit the posts of aggrieved motorists by twisting words and phrases out of context and muddling the theme of the discussion in order to mitigate the near-universal anger against stupid motorcycle riders.

Whether you are a stupid motorcycle rider or not; I don't care. If you are not, well and good; kudos to you. If you are, shame on you. And if we see you, we will bash you.

Do you have a beef with stupid car drivers? Go start your own thread and bash away. Hell, we'll even probably join you in bashing them, since idiot car drivers are as much of a blight as idiot motorcycle riders.

However, this thread will continue to get added on as long as stupid motorcycle riders abound. But you know what? I think it's better that way, because it's cathartic. It allows people to release pent up frustration in a virtual sandbox, preventing any physical altercations from happening.

where exactly did I state that I approve of what uneducated and undisciplined riders do? if you will take the time to notice, I only reply to those statements that have SWEEPING generalizations. take for example the statement of banning ALL motorcycles-- isn't that a general statement?

I go out on the road like everyone else here and also encounter these road hazards; the difference is I don't whine about it, I don't come to forums to cry like a little girl since I've realized I don't have the authority to correct these uneducated louts on the road. ginawa ko na lang part of defensive driving to be aware that they are there (since wala ako magagawa). gagawa ako ng sakit ng ulo para sa wala; which is what you guys are doing.

may nalalaman ka pang cathartic experience. sheesh.. boohoo to you. tama na kasi ang pag-kakape, nakakabading yan (read between the lines na lang on what I mean).

I'd like to lambast motorists in general and not segregate riders, but there are plenty of you guys who pontificate themselves, even stating that riders in underbones are from squatters areas (see.. no distinction there), even making it a status symbol. there are plenty of you guys who are also uneducated.

bottomline, the thread topic is not about the bad experiences each individual motorist has. the thread title is too much motorcycles on the street. the thread has mutated into a rider lambasting thread.

Your posts, while having some form of logic in them, give off this impression of a mix of rude disagreement, denying and sometimes flat-out ridiculing the bad experiences of the people who have posted in this thread.

Maybe that's why people get all negative when responding to you.

My point is, if you're just going to post to defend your fellow motorcyclists against experiences of people without making a new point (and keep on regurgitating the same logic over and over again) dahil nasasaktan ka lang sa mga sinasabi, then just quit it. Kasi away lang ulit ang resulta.

that's right.. cagers na tanga talaga nakakainis na naisip maglagay ng tilted plates. hindi yan generalization ha since very specific-- mga tanga talaga nakakainis (as per the previous poster pa nga eh-- since that particular statement originated from him/her) na naglagay ng tilted plates.

I was only pointing out that the idea for tilted plates came from cagers. If I'm wrong in that aspect then I apologize. kung hindi sinimulan ng mga cagers ang mga tilted plates then hindi makikiuso ang mga riders with tilted plates; hence the linisin ang pugad statement.
