February 10th, 2008 03:20 PM #11when i sold my pickup 3 years ago through tsikot car finder, i told the buyer all the major problems including the accidents and body repairs and gave her all the tips how i was able to fix the problems without paying too much. reason why i did this was to make sure she won't come back to me saying that what i sold was less than what i declared.

February 12th, 2008 09:53 AM #17if you are given enough time to inspect the car and even test drive the unit and the seller did not deceive the buyer, then the responsibility also lies on the buyer with regards to the problems arising after the sale of the car (haba sentence hehehe)
eto natutunan ko the first and oly time na bumili ako ng 2nd hand car. kung gusto mo ng ok na ok na kundisyon ng kotse, bili ka ng brand new. and come to think of it, kahit brand new may problema pa din.
and another one, wag masyado maniniwala sa mga seller esp kung talyer or shop yun. mas ok pa pag private individual bibili.
