I was driving on EDSA towards Makati on a bright Sunday afternoon. I was running at about 50-60kph. Traffic was light, your usual Sunday traffic. Right after I passed Crossings underpass, there was a car, a Socialite Driving School car to be exact, na biglang prumeno. I was about 10-20 meters away from the car when I saw the rear brake lights so prumeno na din ako. Running 50-60kph on a Pajero, medyo bigla yung preno kasi mabigat yung body nung oto, umabot pa din ako dun sa Corolla (Socialite Car). Hindi major bangga, more of tapik lang nung Pajero to the Corolla. My bumper had minimal scratches which can probably be removed through Detailing.

After the slight impact, I went down and the Driving Instructor went down as well. The conversation went like this:

Me: 'Ano ba naman yan Pare, EDSA 'to, bigla kayong hihinto ng ganyan?'
Instructor: (says nothing and just points to the Socialite Driving School sign at the back of the car)
Me: 'EDSA 'to Brod, pag hindi pa yan marunong wag mo muna dalin dito. Major road kasi 'to e (with a slight grin)
Instructor: 'E kaya ko nga dinala dito kasi para matuto'
Me: 'Hindi praktisan ang EDSA. Major road kasi 'to. Dapat alam mo yan kasi instructor ka'
Instructor: 'Hindi ka kasi marunong magbasa sa signage na student driver'
Me: '$%!*#. Ikaw ata hindi marunong magturo e'

To make the story short, ano ba ang responsibilidad ng mga driving school in case nakabangga sila or mali yung student driver sa driving. Tama ba na sa EDSA sila mag-practice ng driving? I understand na eventually they have to teach students how to drive on major roads. E pano kung maaksidente kasi dinala nila kaagad na hindi pa pala kaya mag drive sa ganun?
