pero alam nyo, naisip ko din -
diba kahit naareglo na, dapat kumuha pa rin ng police report para safe? especially kung ikaw yung babayaran - kung tinakbuhan ka nung nakaaksidente sa iyo, wala kang magagawa without a police report or other official recount of the incident.
perhaps mr. enforcer was merely trying to do his job and protect the rights of the accident victim (yung 6 amigos ba ang at-fault, o yung other party?), and for that he got his butt kicked? of course he could have been power-tripping also and there's no excuse for the balisong thing...
"o sige, gagawan ko kayo ng police report, pero dun tayo sa munispyo malayo yun" (this one in particular sa San Pablo Laguna) we experienced this twice or thrice like this already.
To meet a Pinoy traffic enforcer who has concern in making police reports, is like finding a needle in a haystack. hehehe

dude, mainit ako sa mga taong gunagamit ang pera para makaiwas sa hustisya. maging ano man lahi nya. also for the record, did the guys who administered the beating admit to making a mistake as well? or are they under the impression they did no wrong? if so, then there's nothing that'll stop them from doing it again.Originally Posted by odell
ganun ba, hehe...e di parang baliktad yata itong isang to na parang pinagpipilitan yung paggawa ng report.Originally Posted by oldblue
so either:
he is that 'one needle in the haystack' that actually cares about doing his job and protecting accident victims?
he was looking for a share of the 'areglo'?
or maybe something else?
re: qc traffic beaten up

And never sign an affidavit of resistance hangat hindi ka bayad.

kapag hindi magkasundo or walang umaamin na sya ang may kasalanan, intay sila police officer or traffic enforcer para makita yung scene of the accident. the officer then makes an objective sketch of the position of the vehicles and a brief description of the damages sustained by both vehicles. papirmahan nya ngayon ito sa dalawang parties para ma-ilipat na yung mga sasakyan para iwas abala sa kalsada.
punta sila ngayon sa police station para ma-blotter yung nangyari for proper reference for any future actions. kung may amicable settlement naman, it would be very important and wise to have it (magkano, sa casa ba i-repair, etc) recorded on the blotter para may habol kapag hindi natupad yung pinag-usapan or kung natupad na ay humihirit pa ng dagdag yung inareglo.
