Yun din ang take ko sa issue...the moment meron na makina ang pedicab (they are already goverened by the rules of LTO/DOTC) wala na ang displacement rules...they emit smoke din...they pollute the air plus they should be registered to be allowed on the roads....pag accident ang motorista ang talo kahit na ang sala ay nasa kulig-lig ...ang tapang pa nila mag salubong sa atin kahit na one-way

Ban these street annoyances now.....
