Good day fellow tsikoteers...ask ko sa lahat kun ano ang take ninyo sa mga motorized pedicabs?....Ang alam ko kun me motor diba dapat registred na sila sa Lto?...They move sa slow and their driving techniques are so brazen that they just cut in front and side of traffic...Worst if they get into an accident walang insurance ang passenger plus yun damage nila sa mga vehicles and to themselves...What's your input on this?
