Just a follow on the "kulig-ligs" or motorized pedicabs...just got a first hand experience on how these street obstructions weave their way on the streets...

Passed by Carlos Palanca Street in Quiapo Manila...these 3-wheeled moving annoyances are going against the flow of traffic...worse we motorist are the ones who should give them way to pass...they are in groups so if one was able to counterflow the traffic then the whole street would be affected by these inconsiderate trikes....there was a mobile car in the area but the officer is the one signalling for the motorist to give these people a path to pass..paging Mayor Lim and MTPB of city hall...Do your jobs....
