Just about anything you do irresponsibly while on the wheel can be labeled as "ugaling jeepney driver" because they've done them all already.

That and jeepney drivers are experts in being too thick (mga alam na mali ginagawa nila at walang pakialam) or too simple-headed (mga hindi alam na mali ginagawa nila at walang intention na malaman pa.) with regards to their driving habits. I don't think they'd be affected by such things.
