na side swipe ako last night sa SLEX ng isang SUZUKI APV van, bago pa, walang plate number. hinabol ko siya signalling with my headlights, pero lalo lang binilisan, siguro alam niya na aabutan ko siya, bigla nag exit ng filinvest, alabang. sad thing was, I tried telling the teller sa toll gate na binangga kami nun nasa kabilang booth, pero hindi niya pinigil, same thing with the toll booth guards. ang sabi pa nila, "sir, wala plaka, malabo niyo na mahabol un". tama ba naman na isagot mo yun sa nagco-complain? anyway, buti na lang wala nangyari na masama sa mga kids ko which were with me at the time.

is there any chance na ma-trace pa yung sasakyan? nakuha ko lang yun conduction sticker number 7b9999. salamat po sa magre-reply.

I'm sorry to hear that sir, pero paano po pala kayo na side swipe?

What he did (running off) is a criminal offense and if he gets away with it, we'll have another moron emboldened to commit stupid things on the road. I say that you must report the conduction ticket number as well as the make and color of his vehicle to the LTO.

Another thing is that you can try reporting the incident to the dealer or distributor of Suzuki APVs in the Philippines. They would have a record of to whom that vehicle was sold to. If they don't want to cooperate, report it to Triple X or Bitag or Imbestigador.

Furthermore... I say let's publish his conduction sticker and the story of how he hit you in the relevant threads of other forums. We can have a Twitter/facebook/Yahoo APB (All-Points Bulletin) by posting his conduction sticker number as well. According to the Six Degrees of Separation rule, such APBs will reach him or people who know him and he will be embarassed at the very least.

Are there any damages done to your vehicle ? If there is none, then forget this experience. Let karma do her job. Looking for the owner, is just a hassle and a complete waste of time & gas.

But if the damage is evident and really needs repair, then report the conduction sticker immediately to the LTO. Show them the damage done, and since he got no plates yet ... he will be easily confronted by the LTO when he gets his APV's plates.

Let's face it- hindi efficient justice system satin.

I have kids too and the same thing happened to me.

2m for principle & justice.

Well actually kung evident naman yung nangyari madali niyo siguro yun ma pupursue sabi po nga pala ng dad ko try reporting the conduction sticker at a particular suzuki dealer, they might knew whom they have sold the vehicle and they might have some master copies of those conduction sticker where they can identify who is the owner.

Tulad nung sinabi ni sir digitalron ahahaha. Good luck sir, keep us posted, and you might want to post the conduction sticker number here, para pag type niya ng conduction sticker number niya sa yahoo or google or other search engine makikita niya nasa goon squad kotse niya ahahaha
