What if they tow your car and in the process they damage the car. Lets say the parking brake, brake cables, or even a signal lamp. Can you legally fight them to pay for the damages? My car is AWD. It cannot be towed with two wheels suspended. My differentials will be destroyed so it must be a flatbed tow truck. Lets say even if it was a lawful towing, but they damaged the car. Can you sue the towing company?
